Portsmouth are a great example to certain Evertonians of what can happen when you let any old person run your footy club.

As i always point out on here, then i am shot down.... BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR

After the United game tomorrow (which i have a good feeling about by the way), we have Fulham at home, Wolves (who are down already tbh), Stoke and Newcastle at home. I think this is the perfect time for us to give a chance to some of the younger lads who perform week-in-week-out in the reserves. I'm talking about the likes of Shane Duffy, Vellios, BARKLEY, maybe Baxter... We will have almost nothing to play for and it cld give them some vital experience in the Premiership.

Agreed, but we still wanna finish above the RS! BlueTone

Did everyone see Moyes walk out during a press conference?! They were asking him repeatedly about Drenthe and he just got up and left. Made me chuckle. The famous Moyes glare he gave to the journalists is priceless. I fully recommend having a look if you've not already seen it. He should give the players that look every time they do something wrong...We would win the league! Scary...

Moyes had a similar response when things weren't going right with anichebe a while back.

To be fair, he had already answered questions fairly on Drenthe and he was standing up as the conference was over when the journo decided to shout out "is that it for Drenthe then david?"
He had every right to brush him off, i did like the look he gave him though as he left the room LOL {ed025's Note - i agree mate..you dont do your dirty laundry in public...

eyup ed, heard we could get bosingwa on free? heard tottenham and liverpool want moses. Heard fellaini said we need to spend and bill has confirmed there will be new signings.
my ideal signings.. budget 5million+ sell yobo for 2million and Rodwell wanted by Chelsea for apparentley 7million. END BUDGET AROUND 15 million
IN: Defoe 8million, pienar 3.5 million, Diame free, Jarvis 4million to 6million {Ed025's Note - swap defoe (staying in london), for de jong or moses, and and i might buy in..

I don't see the reason in spending 8mil+ for a striker when we have a quality striker in Jelavic.

Sure, under different circumstances (i.e. more money) then I wouldn't complain, but when money is tight, I don't see us spending 8mil on a back up striker, especially when we have other areas that desperately need attention (WINGERS!)

Would love to see Pienaar back, another top winger is desperately needed, and a back up striker, someone like a Rodallega on free would be nice, and Pranjic would be a quality addition to the squad.

Don't know what anyone else thinks but I think moysey should try and get berbatov off united I could see him taking a wage cut to come would be a great partnership with jelavic also even though I hate them with a passion get kuyt off the kops**tes as I hear he wants to stay on merseyside and give united rod well and drente another chance also lets see more of Barkley next season the lad is class just reminds me of Rooney when we had him lets start playing attacking football like united city arsenal Norwich Swansea etc that's the only way forward also keeping the ball on the floor as we look a totally different team when we do that can. Beat anyone coyb on Sunday get your money on jelavic first goal at 11=1and a one nil double 150=1 {Ed025's Note - your post got better as i read down mate...berbatov is just looking for a pay day i think, and kuyt, for me , lacks quality....but i agree with the barkley shout, and the playing of good football on the ground, i think a 1-1 draw myself, with jelly scoring of course!..
