Ok so its ealy days however 2 games in and he's already saved us 4 points. World class saves last week and again some great saves today. Credit where credits due.

Club Captain has been a stalwart but in two games has been sadly lacking in the air. Against an inferior WBA side he was easily beaten in the air. GK I think we are fairly stable, CB I think perhaps we need another.

{Ed025's Note - we have been looking to strengthen in that area bct with the likes of koulibaly being linked amongst others, it may be a bit late in this window but but it is an area that ronnie will be looking to improve mate..

Good win today. Not the prettiest but effective management got us the 3 points today. Good to hear about Lukaku as well. Hopefully he will knuckle down and continue to score. If we are going to get anywhere near European places we may need 30 from him this season. To be fair though we all saw this coming. Chelsea won't pay our asking price and we don't want to sell. Rom can't exactly say we are pricing him out a move when he has said he os the best striker in the world. I fully expect him to sign a new contract as he may as well have a pay rise for the "at least one season" he is staying.

Maybe not andy gray, but, if they can be persuaded to part, anyone up for Andrew gray, quick, strong, knows where the net is, got 25 last season, would love to see him along side Lukaku.

Did you mean andre gray? Being from Hertfordshire i often watch luton town when can't get to goodison. this boy is quick, so strong and knows where the goal is! Will be at a big club very soon!

Great win but strange team selection from start.
Koeman realised it and changed things quickly.
We are not going to be pushovers any more and that's good to see.
Just one complaint, Martinez disease still exists, in last two minutes guys, put the bloody ball into opponents corner flag areas and avoid us older ones dying of heart failure!
But, upwards and beyond!

Where's these guys saying we're getting relegated?

We could and should have had a lot more today. So many good performances but Kev looks to be taking the new competition in his stride.

Bolasi looks a great fit. He is lacking sharpness but already him and Rom should have had three goals between them today.

Normally giving the first goal away to a Pulis side means we get loads of the ball but very little opportunities to score. Today we had plenty.

I wonder how long Pulis will last. The stadium had so many empty seats for their first home game and his brand of football is utter rubbish.

Koeman on the other hand is imposing steel and bite into our players and they are responding to it nicely.

We went 1-0 down and Koeman changes it after half an hour and we win 2-1, now that's a good manager, something we have not had for over 10 years, yes Ed this is the start, I was look at Barry thinking he is past it then that goal lol,

I'm jumping on that train with you Ed. I'm hearing things in the background are moving at quite a pace and some big announcements are going to be made over the next few months.

We've still got a week or so for new players as well. For me though what a few of us said a couple of months ago is proving to be true. A manager was the most important signing we can make. And what a signing he is showing what he may be. His decision to sub McCarthy today and put Rom on was brave and imperative to a win. Brilliant.

{Ed025's Note - no john, the best signing was moshiri mate...he wanted ronnie and so he got him..he wants top players and they will come..and he wants a state of the art stadium...ans irons are in the fire on that score as well....so exciting..
