Hey Ed. I've seen a number of posts say that Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe has to go back to the club we loaned him off. Is this correct. I've looked on SSN and cant seem to find anything there. I was hoping you could shed a little bit of light on it for me. Disapointing result today but i would of taken 6 points from our first three games before the start of the season. Looked like it wasnt our day today.

This ref is so biased! Fellaini slightly nudged. WBA player and they got a free kick, Naismith got took out and they got a goal kick... I think we should take Neville off bring on kev, move Fellaini into CM put kev RM and Naismith behind jelavic, just a thought..........

Just watched Odjidja on youtube absolute quality strong lots of pace and power this guy is not cover he will add to a great team with power runs through the middle they call him the new Fellaini I wonder if he,s going to grow a perm all the premiership are sh**ing themselves about playing against felli how about playing against 2 fellaini,s and super kev and the jellyman oh happy days. coyb. thgfest

Just wanted to say that I'm very pleased, Moyes has done an excellent job. He's brought in first teamers in Mirallas, Pienaar and Naismith as well as squad players who will push for a place in the form of Oviedo and Ofoe. Also, Ofoe is very highly rated and was watched by a few clubs, he's a beast of a man and will work to continuing our dominating midfield. And let's not forget that we've brought in two sought after 17 year olds, defender Ben McLaughlin and striker Matty Kennedy - who i'm sure are two more Moyes bargains. Big season ahead Blues!

Ive logged on to this site 3 or 4 times a day for the last few years, a fantastic site, but ive never posted before, but now Im so full of excitement for the rest of the season i couldn't help myself, i had to contribute to the party! What a fantastic window. We are now genuine top 4 contenters. Our best 11 is as good as any of the other so called 'contenders' and we finally have quality in depth. Hats off to Moyes and Bill (best partnership in the premier league).

Last point. I nearly died laughing last night (around 11:30) when a traumatised red was on saying that Owen and Heskey we both looking for clubs and they needed to do something.......oh happy times!.

awesome window blues! no major outings and some real quality players coming in (pienaar, naismith and super kev). also this belgian guy last minute. couldn't help shaking the feeling that moyes had something planned as i couldn't see us publicly saying we are after a midfielder if we weren't confident of getting one. top 4 is now a realistic aim as long as we don't get too many injuries and lets carry on the good form with 3 points today. however as much as i like to see liverpool not have a good window, lets not turn into gobsh**es like them please. lets wait until after january window and see where they are in the league and who they bring in (although i must admit i love seeing them short on cash and us looking better but as blues we must be prepared for it to bite us on the ass. so lets laugh at them quietly and amongst ourselves and then mock them out in the open towards the end of the season) after all KOPITES ARE GOBrubbishES!! COME ON YOU BLUES!! IMWT he's done it again.

I would like firstly to say thank you and well done to Everton football club for supporting David Moyes in this transfer window. Mr Kenwright personally has been slagged off, criticised and at times been humiliated on here and other sites, and he again has come up with the goods.

Secondly I would like to say well done to Steve Round he again was slagged off for Evertons poor starts in the past, but again credit where credit is due, he and Moyes have done a fantastic job to get the lads ready for the new season.
All that's left to say is that we need Moyes now to sign his contract and who knows where we could end up this season with this quality squad (top 2-3).

Didn't come anywhere near this site last night ed's because I knew it would be clogged up with crazy rumours!
Anyway, I said a few days ago I would be delighted if we got 2 more players for the squad (a defender and midfielder) and it turns out for once the blue's smashed it in the transfer window, strange waking up and we have kept all our main players and signed 6!
Think it's obvious the kid Kennedy is one for the future so probably going to be in the reserves so we have signed 2 more players for the first team which now makes our first team look healthy, I am now more confident about us making top 6 and challenging the top 4, if we pick up injuries we have cover everywhere.

NOT SAYING THIS IS THE SIDE I WOULD PREFERE BUT GOING OFF THE STARTING 11 LAST WEEK.

After looking at other posts on this site I finally dared to go on the rs site to see what all the fuss was about; HOLY MOLY, what a laugh! They are in complete disarray, everyone calling for the board to be sacked, people asking if the club can be sold (again) and some even suggesting they make a last minute move for michael owen, brilliant! It looks like their owners have shipped out some high earners and made promises of high profile signings to appease the fans then failed to deliver. If you're in need of a good laugh this morning then go have a look, its classic.
On the other hand great day and great summer for us. A nice surprise this morning to find we've also signed the belgian lad (won't even attempt to spell his name) whose being touted as the new Fellaini, big well done to all at Everton for making all this possible, be proud, be blue, the original team from liverpool.

Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe signed on loan just before deadline.(still to be confirmef by the FA) Source Official EFC site. I know you can't believe everything you tube offers up (as let's be honest, I could put a clip montage of me playing in the park that would make me look world class) but if he's anywhere near as good as he looks then it's looks like another excellent Moyes "surprise" signing!

I'm a bit confused, did we get Vadis-Odjida? There is something about a late bid accepted on the official site, but I read he was off to Fulham yesterday and there is a news about him going there on rtl-tvi (belgian private TV) this morning...

But guys, if everton have him on loan, we can all be VERY happy because this guy is a great player! And I think one of the most promising in the country, one of our secret gems.

We kept hold of Jelavic, Felli and Baines. Anybody who says there was no chance of them going need to remember the last couple of windows. I'm happy with the business we have done. At least we all weren't watching it to see if Moyes could get a couple of loan signings in at the 11th hour.

So glad to see the transfer window closed. All in all a good window and a good summer for Everton; some good quality signings coming in and none of the first team going out. Some good signings for the future and some players not quite up to the grade at the moment loaned out to get some valuable experience.
This time last year I was inconsolable because we'd let key players go (mainly Arteta) and not brought anyone in. This year I'm a very happy bunny, a great start to the season and a great transfer window. Bring on WBA. COYB.

Eds and fellow blues. I like most of us have mates who are reds. Just been catching up with some of them and I can't believe how utterly distraught they are because they didn't sign anyone tonight. The are discusted with the FSG and want to know where the goals are going to come from this season. Good point I thought.

I can't help chuckle though knowing that they are looking across the park at us turning green with envy.

We've had a great summer whereas they look at theirs as a disaster.

I don't usually comment on other fans but this one had to be mentioned.

Now that our squad is sealed we can look forward to 3 points at WBA
