So, kone hasn't travelled with the squad, neither has ross, distin, kev, mccarthy or pienaar, tyias browning and ryan ledson have gone, ledson will probably make an appearance then, anyone think browning is now beginning to fall into the first team, not just having sterling and balotelli in his pocket as a sub against them, but he's in more squads now, the cup and now this, think him and stones, scary, not to mention galloway and pennington, glad he's finally getting his chance

It's very promising indeed. It took Stones half a season to settle in, but he is class TBF. I'd like to think that the natural replacements for Jags and Buzz are there already without having to buy. But the truth is we will need at least a centre back in the next window to see us through until these young gems we have are ready to play majority parts of a season.
