😃😆😅 Bazwil that Lakaku post was seriously funny! Loved it! Almost as funny as Ighalos miss, Redmonds miss! Pogbas and Utds performance on Sunday and Jordan Henderson still getting picked for England and being called world class after his goal against Chelsea! The sort of goal Lee Carsley used to score with his eyes closed back in the day!
COYB! 💙⭕.

If so that's good news and progression off the field also. Moving in the right direction on and off the field.

It's just come out about a company in America designing the stadium as well. Seems things are moving along quietly in the background.

I can't wait to see the design my imagination is running riot lol .

Rumour i heard was moshiri possibly buying stadium himself then leasing to efc. Unsure whether this would help on the fair play issues only ed could advise on this.

Where have you guys heard all this?

Cant say who. But his info came from source close to elstone.

Why would fair play come into it? British tax payers bought City's and West Ham's grounds and rented them to these two teams.

That's different Mike. Both of those stadiums where pretty much centre of major sporting events. Now if we can tie the stadium into a potential bid for the commonwealth or something.

Don't think FFP comes into it when buying or building infrastructure.

Would anyone else take adebaour sorry for spelling? Although he is a pain but if his wages aren't ridiculously high I think he could do a job off the bench, he is a proven goal scorer.

19 Sep 2016 12:18:32
We already have one moody waste of wages in Niasse. Whilst Adebyor is proven goalscorer, I think he is more trouble than he is worth. We need to get to Christmas and without injury to Lukaku. Then we can add quality. I am sure the club already have things in motion.

That's what I ment with getting him short term as he's a free agent even just till Jan just in case Rom did get injured.

19 Sep 2016 15:06:49
Wouldn't touch him free or otherwise, we are no longer shoppers in the bargain basement buying out of date goods!

Everything seems to be coming up blue at the minute. Even lukakus agent, raiola, has said that Rom is really enjoying it at the moment, both of them are happy with where we are going and he is very likely to continue with us pas the end of the season. I know a lot of us dislike raiola (including me) but it cannot harm to have, arguably, one of footballs most powerful men finally backing us instead of continuously saying he will go.

Lose a couple of games and he will start ***t stirring again. I can guarantee it. He hasalways been the same. but yes things look good andd that's one more positive we can enjoy at the moment.

Haha. I agree Degsy. He isn't the type you want in the trenches with you is he!

The agent is who I mean. not Lukaku. he seems at last to be saying the right things. Even if he does not mean them! Just to keep the dressing room together. Yeah his Dad/ the agent is the stirrer.

We need to find a disguise for Gueye when AfCON comes around so we don't lose him for a month.

Guys would like a bit of help if you can, I am planning to get to a couple of games this year but this last year my health has took a bit of a downturn and I have to walk with crutches now. Do you know if I can get into the ground without using the turnstiles as I would never be able to get through them now. I usually get a top balcony seat which is ok because of the escalators.
Cheers for any help.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed001's Note - there has to be disabled access mate, they would not get a safety certificate for the ground without it.}

19 Sep 2016 07:07:31
There is disabled access on the corner of the Park End/ Bullens Road and also corner of Gladwys Street by the church. Best bet is to book your seats over the phone and explain to the staff that you need seats with disabled access.

{Ed025's Note - good advice that gray and im sure the club will sort it for AL mate..

19 Sep 2016 08:49:36
There's also a disabled access for the top balcony next to turnstiles 3 and 4. Just ask the stewards outside to help.

Agree0 Disagree0

19 Sep 2016 09:19:35
In any case AL, don't rely on the escalators for Top Balcony 100%, they were out of order on Saturday and that makes 3 games out of 4 this season that everyone has had to hike up and down - club need to sort that out quick. Bluegray's advice is good. Anyway, good luck, mate.

{Ed007's Note - There is in Everton Disabled Supporters Association but I can't see an e-mail contact for them, sorry. Their Twitter is @EfcEdsa and they have a Facebook page too if you're on there.
This comes from the Club's official site:

To enquire about joining EDSA supporters’ group please contact ESDA chairman Steve Heneghan at 22 Sandon Street, Waterloo, Liverpool, L22 5NW or call +44(0)151 286 9666.

It also has a bit on there, Al:

Not a member of EDSA? Disabled supporters of Everton should contact the Clubs disabled liaison officer Brendan Connolly on Brendan.connolly@evertonfc.com or 0151 530 5396.

I hope that you get sorted out, I'm in the same boat as you, I've been using crutches to get about for the past 6 years. The problem isn't actually inside Celtic Park, it's the walk from the car to the stadium as they only issue so many car park passes and I think you need to wait until someone gives up their ticket or dies for any to become available. But if you can get to the stadium I'm sure you'll be fine.}

Looks great so far doesn't it! We are one-third towards getting sufficient points to keep us in the Premiership next season.
We are above all of the fancied teams for European places apart from City.
We are above all of the so called second tier teams.
We are way above the group that we usually get associated with like West Ham and Stoke.
Yes we have to keep it up until the January window so we can consolidate by bringing in a few new players to strengthen the squad.
But if we do end up at the end of the year in a strong league position I can't see any player ignoring us, let's face it who would want to play for relegation fodder like West Ham or Stoke?
