Would love to see Celtic's LB Izaguirre down mersyside if we lose Baines

and i think Defoe would very much suit the style of the way everton play maybe even go for Kranjcar aswell

I read this page with interest on a daily basis and ignoring the rumours put on by Liverpool and Manure fans trying to wind us up. There are also a lot of wish list transfer rumours.

Lets get one thing straight, Moyes will not go to Villa. Look how much he hated the fact that we sold Lescott, Villa sold Milner and Barry and are rumoured to be flogging Ash Young and Downing. Do you think he would honestly stand for that.

I am assuming we have a very small transfer budget so we need to flog the following.

Yak - £4m
Anichebe -£2m
Vaughan - £1m
Billy - £5m
Vaughan - £1m
Yobo - £2m


Total - £15m

We then have to consider whether selling Rodwell is necessary. £20m + would be hard to turn down. Baines again £25m + if City really want him, but for that sort of money than good luck to them.

Would be happy with the following players.

Bothroyd (Available on a free)
Donovan
A new reserve keeper only if we cash in on Mucha
Defoe
Kranjkar
Long
Sturridge
A big money Centre back
Back up left back

If we sell Rodwell and Baines then targets would change.

But we have enough players we can sell to by some quality replacements with. Defoe or Sturridge would be high on my list.

Everton have had regular top half finishes with little money. Liverpool have spent big and only come one place above us for two seasons. Moyes can work wonders on a limited budget.

Moyes doesn't want bundles of cash to spend, he just wants to compete for a couple of players to improve the squad. He has never complained about the lack of finances, he just wants reassurance from the board that he can take the club forward, i trust him to be shrewd in the transfer market and get us the players we need.
