Who would have Fellini back for let's say £15 million

lol no, don't need him anymore

Agree0 Disagree0

Why .? United paying £15 million to take him?

Agree0 Disagree0

Doesn't fit the style, money would be far better spent on a striker or two IMO

Agree0 Disagree0

I would have him back for that. But realistically it ain't going to happen. He is a useful player to have when you need to chase a game. You can shove him up front to get a goal. He usually gets 8 or 9 a season. He can also hold the ball up if you are trying to see a game out. (like he did last night in the Olympiakos game) or he can play holding midfield. probably his worst position, but the one he is known most for.

Agree0 Disagree0

But Degsy he chose to leave last summer by submitting that transfer request when Leighton stayed loyal. He's made his bed but possibly regretting his hasty decision. His problem, UTD's problem and not ours.

So the daily rag is claiming Utd are in advanced talks with Everton to sign Coleman my god where do they get this crap.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

It's true Stef.

They are also getting Vidal, Kroos, Gundogan, Mangala, Shaw, Fernando, Cavani, Mucha, Reus, Baines and Garay

Unfortunately, The Ginger Goblin will still not be able to win a trophy.

Agree0 Disagree0

I can't see this being TRUE he is one of our most attacking players and why would he even want to go there if it were TRUE united will not make Europe next year I just watched them beat olympiarcos an there crap they don't stand a chance of winning the cl an we will finish above them in fifth place so they will only have domestic stuff to play for next year were as with us he will most prob be playing for European stuff an domestic. It my mind he is already at a better club than united.
Do one ye ginger rat an stop trying to ruin our club an just stick to ruining united :-D

Agree0 Disagree0

They get (by which I mean 'make up') these stories because they're lazy journos with no real qualifications to comment about football. They're also in the pockets of certain clubs and certain managers who get the journos to serve their own agendas.

Players I want to see let go by everton at end of season

Guaye- not going to make it been to long
Junior- not going to make it
Vellios- not good enough

Lundstram - next season needs to break through
Hope - same applies
Kennedy - needs to break through next year
Garbutt - difficult for him as 3rd choice but should get games next season

This is why I want Europa league and use it for young players to play in by that meaning players like the ones above

Lundstrum and kennedy I agree with, but to expect hallam hope to make such a big jump from playing our reserves to prem football is a bit too much. Agreed he can become an allround excellent centre forward, but think next year is going to be his loan season to a championship club to build him up into the following season for our 1st team. This I think is where vellios' nieveity has played its part, maybe cause he thinks like bendtner he is better than what heIis. This got me thinking what our youth team can become as they progress. green I feel is going to be a bit of a rooney/scholes attacking mid player, kennedy I feel Iis going to turn out to be the modern day sheedy and hope I feel could turn out to be our own shearer. Some combinations there if they fill their boots along with ross and co in the 1st team set up already!

Agree0 Disagree0

At the moment we gave no one of the ilk of rooney and definitely not Scholes who are two totally different players so linking them is strange, we have some good youths prospects but most of that level would of broken into or at least be around the first team already

I can't believe fans are still going on about moyes he is not a crap manager I think the biggest club in the world would not appoint a crap manager do you, and I think you fans that still talk about it are stuck in the past he has moved on and so have we Martinez is the man to take us on to another level, moyes gave us standards and put us back on track in top flight football when we could have gone out of it so I thank moyes for what he done those who mock him have either very short memories or are deluded fans

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Man Utd, biggest club in the world?!!! Get real! You've obviously been brainwashed by mates who follow them. Barca, Real, Juve, Milan, Bayern are all bigger than Utd. Even that lot across the park are a bigger club.

this is a case of the pot calling the kettle black, he disrespected us, just because I don't worship a picture of him of a morning doesn't make me deluded, use your brain

Agree0 Disagree0

And over to you The Real Mike, the floor is yours sir.

But what you fail to realise is that Moyes was approached illegally by Whiskey Nose whilst still under contract at Everton and then had the audacity to come back last summer with derisory offers for Baines and Fellaini. OK so they got the Mop only because they thought that by holding out they would pick him up on the cheap and as a result paid over the odds after the July clause had run its course. Baines was always the number 1 target and thank God that Everton held firm and rejected those piss taking offers. Leighton must now be thanking his blessings that he didn't want out because with the WC on the horizon, he is now number one choice after again proving himself at Goodison with a new contract and a defo starter for England ahead of Ashley Cole or Luke Shaw.
Moyes made his bed last summer and despite the fact that I appreciated what he did for us over his 11 year tenure, we are in a much stronger position now with RM in charge. Let's push on for a Europa finish to give the kids a chance in the group stages (should we finish in 6th). We deserve something from this season and even if we can't finish above the reds this year we're certainly capable with a strong finish and belief in ourselves to finish above Spurs and Moyes. Let's rub his nose in it with a double at Goodison.

Agree0 Disagree0

Except for the fact that he IS a crap manager. Always has been, always will be.

The only reason he is managing 'the biggest club in the whole universe' is the fact that he is Scottish.

I'm not stuck in the past. I just can't stop laughing at the Ginger Goblin.

A Specialist in Failure.

Agree0 Disagree0

But wouldn't you love it, just love it, if the darkside finished fourth, but were denied Champions League football because ManUtd, although finishing below the top four, won the Champions League and took their qualification spot? Or would they lobby to change the rules like they did in 2005?

Hi all, Everton fan since 1966 here. Can someone settle a silly argument in my household. On the Barclays advert running at the moment an old boy enters Goodison, does the lady on the gate call him Bill or Phil.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

It's Bill isn't it?

And on that advert, I can't be the only one who wants to smack that fan who is on the coach singing 'Manchester la la la' in the mouth.

Agree0 Disagree0

One of Everton FC’s oldest fans is the star of a major new TV ad campaign.

Billy Ingham, 86, has been supporting the Blues for more than 70 years and never misses a home game.

He was picked from among millions of fans to feature in a new advert for Premier League sponsors Barclays, which is set for its TV premiere today.

The ad tracks Billy’s matchday journey from his home in Kirkby to Goodison Park, following him through the highs and lows of the action on the pitch.

Billy, who defied his Liverpool-supporting dad as a youngster to follow the Blues, said he felt honoured to have been chosen to appear in the advert.

Agree0 Disagree0

It's Bill. He's a legend. Seen him in an interview once on sky I think it was .

Agree0 Disagree0

Thanks all, great replies cheers.

It's bill.great ad.certainly not only out today. Its been shown for a couple of months here in Ireland.and the Manchester lad, yeah he deserves a smack

Agree0 Disagree0

Bill, a true Evertonian. Great to see him recognised for his undying support on TV. I only hope that when I'm his age, I'll still be fit enough to show my support.

Posted yesterday about Conor McAleny and how surely he was due a seat on the subs bench.
RM thinks he's nearly ready but wants to ship him out on loan again!
Now correct me if I'm wrong, is this due to the fact that we have so many strikers on our books we don't know what to do with them?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

If he is not ready, he is not ready. That's it. We have several players that can fill in the striker position. Also, Martinez wants him to improve and develop and constant game time is the best way to achieve that.

Agree0 Disagree0

Hmmm, could you clarify 'several' Blue Tit and if he's not ready now why has Martinez said he will include him in the first team squad in July?
