Please can somebody tell me, what does Gerrard offer this English team? No way is he good enough for this level and has not been for the last season or so. I'm welsh but always wish England well in the tournaments as we never get near qualifying. But I can never understand why the English managers past and present always stick with old faithfull's like Gerrard when there is younger, quality players on the bench who should be starting.

Haha ed, but I said it before the World Cup mate, about Gerrard but again got batterd, England only started to play tonight when Barkley and Lallana came on but I'm glad a few people can actually see what I have seen for a while now mate, big big changes needed in that set up now and it could have been done 2 years ago.

According to a report, Manchester United have edged infront of chelski to sign Barkley before September 2nd. I must of been in a recent coma, because I didn't know we put him up for sale. Boils my wee wee reading all this nonsense. Why don't these reporters sell other teams players for them
