If we sell Lukaku to Utd we could buy two quality strikers. so.It may be a good thing to do. Thoughts people.

No. He still needs to brush up on a few things but he is a quality striker when his strengths are played too, just buy another striker without selling him and give him some competition as well as relieving some of the pressure off his shoulders, know for a fact if we sell him everyone will be pissed off in a few years when he's one of the best forwards in the league.

We have a solid 20 goal (even in what was a bad season) striker who is young and will only get better as his technique gets better. Personally it would take him asking to leave for me to even consider him leaving

Absolute madness to sell Lukaku, and what quality striker would you get for £10-15m he is currently a £28m striker if we did sell would be nearer £35m as cropper16 said 20 goals in a poor season!
See the links for Austin he's okay but is he any better than Beattie was in his day?
We need a couple of quality midfielder / wingers to start supplying more ammunition for Lukaku and let the boy develop into the player we all believe he can be.

What about Remy, he looks to be falling down the pecking order?

Remy and Austin for Lukaku sounds like it would work for me. Given a manager that could use them well anyway

At least City are leaving Barkley alone, luckily for us he was garbage last season, I predict a big season for him, then City will take him next season

This Rom situation!! I know that opinion is split again. My view is and I have mentioned it before. He thinks himself better than what he actually is. We have paid over the odds for him. But on the other side of the coin I do think he will be one of the best strikers in Europe. And currently with our state I think he is the best we can attract. If we remember we sold Rooney and bought Bent. Do we want to sell Rom and get the other Bent or even worst CCole? Don't think so. Hope not.

I like Rom I don't think we should sell unless he forces but Martinez wants to play pass pass pass pass and he can't control the ball, poeple keep saying play to his strengths which is getting him in behind but for 28m he should be able to trap a ball and lay it off even 2 yards which he messes up everytime like everytime

This link with Lukaku to Man U if it comes off I feel Man U will get the better deal, and no doubt one of their cast offs will be part of it whether Evans, Hernandez or may be Rooney and RVP.

good shout KBB,
sell the KAK for 30 mil+,
& buy a couple of strikers who can trap/control a ball & score.
what is important is if we sell, the money goes for new quality players, & not to finance a new west end musical for Kenwight.

Read on the BBC website that Utd are looking to bid for Rom if they can't get the bloke from A. Madrid.
