I'd be well happy with Sturridge, N'Zogbia, Long, Bothroyd (squad player) and Roger Johnson. Would happily sacrifice Yak, Yobo, Rodders, Heitinga & Anichebe. There are rumours the Jap lad has already signed for Bayern Munich tho. What do you think Ed? {Ed016's Note - Would like to keep rodders to be honest although if we get offfered sturddige and 5m or something similar its a good deal (i think we need a young player at club) , heitinga i think is a terrific experienced squad player, he is a world cup finalist!, Anichebe i think player terrific last4,5 games of season and i think deserves another chance. The jap lad looks good on youtube but bayern are tough competition!

Believable2 Unbelievable0

How many more chances does anichebe get though, he's had plenty already, and i think rodwell should go, don't think he's all that and barkley is rated as a much better prospect, but the issue is that from what i have heard recently, the rodwell stuff is paper talk, united are NOT interested and neither are chelski, not sure if spurs still are, and man city don't need him, so where will he go?

hope cahill starts the season 100% for us, he was great for us up until he went on international duty in January,he was scoring every other match, but he was injured and never recovered in time for the end of the season. As a goal scoring midfielder he may be vital next season {Ed011's Note-He was our star man up until crimbo

i think, that our best course of action now---is to forget about signing any really good players, on a permanent basis. we should try for some really good quality loan signings, man city may be tempted to loan johnson..or chelsea sturridge, with the lure of rodwell going next season. we dont need mediocre signings like brown. boothroyd, or wellbeck.......lets wait until we secure some investment, which hopefully will come, with the departure of bill kenwright,

Do you think barton is better than arteta??? give your head a wobble. {Ed011's Note - Arteta is clearly better than barton, but they are two different types of footballers who are both good at what they do

Moyes to make a move for Peter Crouch

Are we short of goal posts or have we got several balls on the roof for him to get. I wouldn't go near Crouch.
I can also see Sturridge staying at Chelsea for atleast a few more seasons. I would not be heart broken if Rodwell went to either Chelski or Man Utd for £20M+
In Moyes we trust. COYB

I really am not worried that Ba didnt sign, was there ever even proof we were after him. He has failed numerous medicals so good riddance. Really hope we do the business in the transfer market. Would love nzogbia but wont hold my breath. My perfect summer would be nzogbia and sturridge. We need pace. I think we are really close to a class team. Jags, baines and felli would get on any team.

Don't want Boothroyd, Wellbeck or SWP, all below average at best. Don't know where all of the 15 million available from Kenwright is coming from or the N'zogbia deal would be done by now. Sell Rodwell and get Sturridge and maybe 1 other big(ish) name, then bring in a few season loans.

Jonathan Biabiany is desperate to leave Sampdoria after their relegation from Serie A. He was part of the Pazzini deal from Sampdoria to Inter. From what i've seen of him he doesnt look good enough. Let's face it if he was great Inter would have kept hold of him. He's got great pace but that's about it.

Everton are locked in a battle with Bayern Munich as they look to complete the signing of Japenese teenage sensation Takashi Usami.
Usami, just 19, is one of the hottest properties in the J-League and has been earning rave reviews for Gamba Osaka.
Everton boss David Motes is keen to bolster his forward line and has been impressed with the performances of the talented attacker.
But he faces stiff competition from Bayern Munich as reports in Germany suggest that a deal has already been finalised for him to join them in July.
Moyes will have to act fast if he wants to bring Usami to Goodison Park and is hoping that a £2.5m offer will be enough to clinch his signature.

This is according to talksport.

we should build up the funds to buy Alvaro Negredo and/or Jesus Navas from Sevilla
Negredo was one of the top scorers in the spanish league with Messi and Ronaldo scoring more goals (i think)
and Navas is a very good winger and as far as i know he can play on both wings or as an attacking midfielder
both would be very good signings and they work very well together for sevilla

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Jesus Navas would be too expensive for our budget, plus i am sure he is linked with one of the top 4 who can splash more cash?

Agree0 Disagree0

If we can get them both for 17pence kenwright may be interested

17 Jun 2011 15:54:04
I would sell Heitinga with his crap attitude to raise funds for signings, we would get between 6 and 10 million for him with which we could get someone like N'Zogbia or Adam

Believable3 Unbelievable0

17 Jun 2011 15:46:39
So we have to sell before we can buy. I know let's sell the whole bloody team then we'd have some funds! We might be able to buy Ronaldo but then again we'd only moan that were a one man team!!!

Believable2 Unbelievable2

17 Jun 2011 13:33:57
do you think we will sign anyone ed and who do u think we will sign if yes ? {Ed011's Note - I think there will be at least 3 signings, the front runners keep changing, but at the moment Brown, Bothroyd, n'zogbia and the Japanese ace Usami seem the most likely

Believable2 Unbelievable0

17 Jun 2011 13:04:02
Read something about Yobo & Yak raising 12 million. Seriously? I honestly think we'd get 6-8 for the pair! I'd keep yobo, he has his days but he's gas at the back and has been good for us. Don't want to have a full physio table come september and have hibbo CB for city, lpool, utd, chelsea and fulham games!

Moyes first port of call, fundraising wise, should be moving on Anichebe without a doubt! Take what you can get!

What would be ideal for me ed would be to sign nzogbia and sturridge with just selling yak and yobo which i think we will be lucky to get £6m - £8m for them both to be honest. We should still have vaughan and pienaar money which is £5.5m though so in theory we we will have enough to get nzogbia. I had heard that moyse was getting around £15m to spend from the board but i cant see it

Believable3 Unbelievable0

I think n'zogbia will be moyes top target now. Sturridge would be great but i think he will stay at chelsea

Samuel Eto'o?
Read todays mirror and got a feeling it could be Everton? Chelsea got Drogba, Torres, anelka sturridge - ManU got Hernandez, Berbatov + Rooney, Arsenal got Robin V.P, Vela, and looks like gervinho, Liverpool got Suarez and carrol? Just sayin..
says he would slash his wage budget to play in england sayin whether its 300 or 150k a week?
Lets dream ey, but watch this space..

I think we will sign Bothroyd and thats it unless we can get decent money for yak and yobo. There were a lot of people on here last week saying chinese businessman to takeover. They seem to have gone very quiet. You heard anything Ed ?

{Ed016's Note - Not heard anything at all sorry,Bothroyd is nailed on according to Skybet and I think 8-12m can be raised from Yobo + Yakubu

Personally, I would sell These 2 and get N'zogbia, Offload Rodwell to Chelsea for Sturridge + 5m and that 5m + another 3 from BK for Adam, wont happen but can always hope! Eagles and Long would also be good additions

Believable4 Unbelievable0

Hey ed what planet are you from 8-10 million for yak+yobo ill take any bet it wont be more than 4.5

Listen, I know you guys are hard up for a bit of cash so your good neighbours are doing a special offer just for you. Kyriakos, Konchesky, Poulsen, Insua, Ngog, Jovanovic & Joe Cole!! £20 million the lot!! I think these players would keep you out of the relegation zone this season!!! What do you think?

The Irish Rover {Ed016's Note - Always nice to see a liverpool fan in here brightens the mood, i take ngog for 3 mill coz he is young but you should pay US 20m to take the rest of them!

Believable2 Unbelievable1

How sad are you to go on an everton website and take time from your day to post that. and you call us bitter. ps have you been watching the under 21s because youve paid twenty million for a lad who seems intent to play glory balls everytime he gets it usually with the result of the ball going out for a throw in. {Ed016's Note - Agreed

Agree2 Disagree0

Well if that shower of s**t can't get in ur team what hope have they got of getting in ours. kev true blue.

Agree3 Disagree0

Once again the red sh*te on here because they just cant concentrate on their own team, some fact here and bacause you are probably foreign (all reds are) i will spell in capitols
KENNY HAS SPENT 80M ALREADY ON 3 PLAYERS (OK SUAREZ ISNT BAD)
CARROLL 35M. JOKE WILL ONLY WORK IN A LONG BALL TEAM.
JORDON HENDERSON 20M, A SUB FOR SUNDERLAND. (WOW THE NORTH EAST ARE SURLEY LAUGHING AT YOU NOW)
AND IVE HEARD KENNY IS PLANNING TO WASTE MANY MORE MILLIONS ON YOUNG ENGLISH PLAYERS WHO IF WERE REALLY THAT GOOD THEN YOU WOULD HAVE HAD COMPETITION FROM THE TEAMS THAT ACTUALLY HAVE A CHANCE OF WINNING THE LEAGUE, SO HAVE A GOOD SEASON AND KEEP SPENDING MONEY ON SH*t PLAYERS AND YOU WILL SOON OVERTAKE NEWCASTLE ON BEING THE LAUGHING STOCK OF THE LEAGUE. {Ed016's Note - I guess rodwell is 60m if henderson is 20

Agree1 Disagree0

They all turning to the blue and white team

Agree0 Disagree0

Ha ha your an person i think you have made a mistake, its kenny that has wasted alot of money in 6 months (80m) and you can count moyes bad signings on 1 hand from 10 years. its actually quite funny that every year you koppites like to have a laugh and joke about us having no money, yet we always finis within a few points of a team who like to spend 10's of millions every season, if i was a red (and im glad in not) then i would be embarressed with the players currently on the squad, enough said1 {Ed016's Note - Good shout mate

Agree2 Disagree0

Personally, I'd take Jovanovic! I really rate this guy. He's a quality player, he's rapid, runs his socks off, scores goals, plays up front or on the wing and he's left footed. I reckon we'd get him on the cheap too! Worth a shout in my opinion! {Ed016's Note - Cant say i ever saw him play
