A lot of posters writing off Mirallas, no one knows what's gone on behind the scenes he may well yet sign another contract with us apparently they are working on it, he is a match winner! and will also bring in others like he did with Lukaku, we don't want to lose our best and brightest!

True Ed025 but still 10 Watts brighter than a lot of others!
he's obviously not happy with something or someone and its the managers job to bet better from him. I would prefer him to stay, his quality would cost at least £15m to replace and would love to see him and Lennon giving us width.

{Ed025's Note - the guy is talented wakka but his attitude stinks, he seems to think he is better than EFC imo, he would have to come out and say he wanted to stay for me to ever want him at my club mate..

Is he really that good? Or are the others just that bad he looks good. Doesn't do enough for me. But if he is that good let's have him as a straight swap for that Real Madrid fella Bale, as there obviously on a par with each other, and we might even get a couple of quid thrown in.

Barely seen mirallas this season but will never forget that pen and to be fair says a lot about the guy, only plays 70 mins and dosnt look bothered no more so wouldn't lose no sleep, on another note congrats to the echo for printing that tripe about cleverly if RM did want him it would speak volumes about how bad he is

He is clearly a talent as he has proven in the past so let's not talk about loyalty as it means nothing nowadays, if putting him on par with our top earners makes him play with the talent he has then show him the money.

If another company would pay me double for the same job but I was not allowed to leave then I would not be arsed either

Pay me what they pay and I will give my all, money talks now not loyalty, sorry to be blunt but we all know its the truth

I can see the point you are making mate, and I can also see the talent that KM has underneath all the cr*p!

However here's the thing,

the guy is so overwhelmed with this cr*p that his footballing talent is drowning in the stuff!

I just think he's a good player, and take the points from you blue247 and Ed025 I just feel the manager needs to work closer with him get his attitude right (some of the greatest talents have had questionable attitude) but still feel he has something to give the club.

Looking onwards to the summer I've been thinking about what it will take to get us back to the top five and this is what I've come up with.
Out:
Distin: free
Alcaraz: free
Mirallas: 12-15 mil
Oviedo: 4-6 mil
Mcgeady: 2-4 mil (newly promoted team might want him?)
Hibbert: hopefully signs on as a coach

Ins
Ings: free
Deulefeu: 8-10 mil (most important player here imo)
Lennon: 6 mil
Sergi Roberto: season loan from barca (creative cm, different from our current options)
Henen: 0.2 mil
Ashley Williams: 8 mil (maybe offer Barry to sweeten deal?)
One other attacker like ayew on a free, if Barry leaves then rio mavuba from Lille on free too.

If barca won't sell Gerry cause of transfer ban which I think is stupid cause they won't use him and have plenty of other players, bojan at stoke looked real good right before his injury or Jesé Rodriguez who is losing playing time at Real Madrid. Each could be worth around 8-10 mil.
This projection gives us a 6 mil budget before sales so this is at the very least realistic. Love to hear what you all think.

good idea but real would want about 25 mil for jese and ings will cost money becuase under the age of 24. so he will cost around 6 mil

There is no way Williams would leave Swansea for us. No way Swansea would sell their captain for 8 million and Barry would only sour the deal.

Ings will go to a club higher up the league than us.
We probably have the best summer budget for 10 years this summer but because we have had a shocker this season it might as well be the summer that we sold Arteta and gained Drenthe and Straquilersi.

Why sell oviedo for what we paid for him? Ings would cost about 2m, williams is old, mavubas the same age as barry so we haven't improved age wise. i'm just going to say thank god you're not in charge
