Very very happy our number 9 is coming back home, welcome back Landon! Maybe Coleman will go to RB now? 1 or 2 more new faces would be great Kranjcar? and a striker, and get the Drenthe deal sorted now before he's free and teams who will offer stupid wages get him!

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Coleman can't defend so wont go right back. Sorry to sound like a misery but what's great about Donovan coming back, he aint that good, and if he loved the Club he'd have signed last time! Two month loan and then goes, great!

Agree2 Disagree3

What a F#@king n*b you are Coleman hasnt been given an opportunity at RB lately so how do you no he cant defend he might not be the best at defending from a RM position but if he's playing RB then he wont be have much attacking to think about and can stay back and donovan isn't good are you serious best player at the club when he arrives and its not his fault we wouldn't pay 10m for a 28 year old just go and piss putting a downer on everything gobs**te

Agree2 Disagree8

Some people are just never happy, the best player ever to come out of the usa wants to come and play for little old us and you are saying whats great about that? Do you know anything about marketing? The more people that know about everton and become involved with the club the better, america is a big big place and landon coming back to us is a big big deal.

Agree3 Disagree1

The third post in this chain shows what an awful place the internet can be. Someone offers a perfectly reasonable OPINION, and some other annonymous person feels the need to fly in with ridiculous, highly aggressive swearing and name calling.
Can you imagine what this guy is like in the pub?
Time to grow up mate. If someone has an opinion different from your own, that is allowed, and you can then just offer another one back in return; it's called a reasonable discussion and you might like to try it sometime, in other areas of your life as well, see if it makes you feel like a better person, or are you just a born thug/bully who's used to getting his own way through aggression like some playground ten year old?

Agree7 Disagree1

Agree on that post ref the 3rd one, is he one of the abusive missile throwing fans we dont need.
also agree that colemans defensive game needs work, he also gets found out when he comes up against the good teams, though I do love his direct play his head goes down when hes not doing so good {Ed007's Note - I think there should be some kind of test of brain capacity before people are allowed on the internet.}

Agree1 Disagree0

I offered my opinion on Coleman earlier and he think he is a prospect but don't think he is a good defender yet as he's too raw but no doubt will improve. I may eat my words about Donavon, hope so. Amazes me how thick some people are and come out with a load of abuse, probably never kicked a ball in his life. Grow up. {Ed025's Note - i have to agree, i dont know how that got through...i will not tolerate mindless foul language...there is no need for it!

Guess what Ed, apparently Adolf Hitler and Colonel Gaddafi were both Everton supporters, or atleast had a soft spot for them.
Also, these former Liverpool players supported Everton:
Michael Owen
Ian Rush
Jamie Carragher
Robbie Fowler
Steve McMannaman
So are Jay-Z and Nate Dogg apparently
:)

Breeno {Ed025's Note - i knew about the reds breeno...but hitler and gadaffi had a soft spot...it would have been fun to see them two, jay-z and snoop dog together in the gwyladys street...singing street end boys..lol

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Sorry Ed, Snoop Dogg supports Arsenal, I said NATE Dogg. He's another rapper, but not as famous as Snoop Dogg. Would have been funny to see Hitler at Goodison though lol

Breeno {Ed025's Note - oh sorry breeno...not very good on rappers...now if you said sweet wrappers....im your man

Also ED - I hate it when people post who should come in and who should go out so because I have no principles I will give it a go, but try and be realistic...

Although I think he is played out of position I wouldn't be sad to see Bily leave. He is still held in high regards in Russia so could see us getting £5-6m for him.

Then I believe we could have a fairly busy January - because we need one!

Ins - Lukaku, Donnelly, Donovan, possibly Pienaar because he would give us creativity again. Would prefer Krancjar though if any of Spurs left sided players are up for grabs?

Wouldn't cost much that - mostly loans?

What you reckon Ed? {Ed025's Note - i reckon you have got it just about spot on mate..

Believable0 Unbelievable1

We got f***in no chance of gettin lukaku donnovan has already said he not coming just because of some stupid tweet lets get real i think we should look to get charlie davies usa an try lore back manuel fernandes who i hear went to besiktas for 1.6million major loss he only 25 an can have more creativity then arteta ever had for us i dont want macheda tho {Ed025's Note - im not sure what to make of you really....fernandez, more creative than arteta?....i have just made up my mind...

Agree0 Disagree1

You look like a bit of an idiot now {Ed025's Note - or a lot of one!

im not trying to have a go, but do you editors actually have any more sources than all the readers? or do you just offer your opinions and use google as your source? {Ed001's Note - some of us do, and we share what we know with the rest anyway. Though we do also offer our own opinions, because even with sources, we can't know everything and you have to fill in the blanks with opinions. Even the best informed person in the world knows less than he doesn't know!}

On Sky Sports that Everton have agreed a fee with Clifftonville in Northern Ireland for a striker named Rory Donnelly. Don't know anything about him but by the time Moyes decides to blood these youngsters we may well be in the Championship.

hi ed, met leon osman's dad, derik on the weekend, funny fella, betraying his trust a little bit but he told me that leon has playing with a ankle injury for nearly 2 years now which i was shocked to hear about. just thought i would mention it on here because he been getting a lot of stick lately from fans just think he deserves credit for that sometimes ur blues find it easy to get on local lads backs (osman and hibbert) but we have to remember they set an example to other players and would give anything to the team, wear the hearts on there sleeve and give 100 percent! agree both are average players, although hibbert is playing probably the best ive saw him play for a long time lately, but we you wouldnt get a foreign player or a player here for his wages putting there body on line like osman has for nearly 2 years. another point his dad put across was that leon has played most his time with the 1st team out of position! i was hoping he would have info about signings in jan but he said he had no idea

Believable1 Unbelievable0

Know Degs well and he certainly is a funny guy, spot on about leon mate

Degsyblyenose

Agree0 Disagree0

Well it sounds like a long term injury then - that he cant shake off - so either way its no good to us if he cant play well

The silly season is nearly upon us again, have to say some of the rumours posted can be at the level of wet yourself laughing!!

So can all the posters who cant tell the difference between their dreams, FM2012 and reality please stick to licking windows and leave the posting to those who might actually have some credit, cause these genuine posters can offer us blues some hope of change.!!

Cause if moyes and the board cant agree on how much if anything he has to spend, then how the hell does anyone else know!

Lets leave all the nonsense at the turnstyles on saturday and get behind the team! The next 5 games are key to us and we would expect to in them, looking at the faces of some of the players they need a boost from us fans as i doubt its going to come in the form of new faces!

Hey ed if rodwell goes for 20 mill do you think moyes will get that money plus whatever he is meant to be getting anyway to strengthen in january? If so could possibley have somewhere inbetween 20 and 30 million! If rodders goes that is!
I think that could get us a decent striker and a creative midfielder! Krancjar and im not sure about a striker! What do you reckon? {Ed001's Note - I very much doubt that the club can afford to give him the money to spend. There are debts that need to be paid, a major percentage of the money will have to go towards that. I don't think people realise just how serious the situation is, Everton are losing money, that can't continue or the club will end up doing a Portsmouth. The debts are already on the way to becoming unmanageable, Bill needs an investor soon.}

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Sorry ed - are you sure about this? I reckon Everton must only owe about 23m by now - and that's on the long term loan, being repaid at 2-3m per year - after this years fire sale we must have more or less got the overdraft to just a few million at most - yak and artetas wages off the bill saves about 130k per week - we must be making money at the moment.

Other clubs like Bolton owe about 80 million dont they? Blackburn also in a bit of trouble, but I cant see it with us now.

If we sell Billy or Heitinger, plus maybe one of our two slow midfielders - we should have money in the bank for a striker, without needing to go overdrawn at all. {Ed001's Note - you forget the loans to Green. That is the issue, not the bank loan, I believe Green was expecting a new stadium to be sorted and was loaning the money on that basis. To be honest, people like him annoy me, he has so much money he could afford to give that money to the club without even noticing!}

Agree0 Disagree0

What loan to green - is that in the accounts ? or just a friendly one not on the accounts - between him n bill?

Ed - this Donnelly lad from Cliftonville that we have a greed a fee with. Do you know much about him? Decent youngster? I would have no problems signing him as long as he isn't the only striker we sign. Can't expect the young lad to be the answer to our problems up front! {Ed001's Note - that the lad Swansea have agreed a fee with? If so, I am told he is outstanding, a class apart from the rest of the players in the league there.}

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Yes mate SSN reporting this morning we have also agreed a fee for him. {Ed001's Note - sorry, I missed that today, haven't had a chance to catch up on the news from this morning. I wouldn't be surprised to see a few others moving for him, he has a big buzz around him.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Rory would be a Gr8 signing for us! A lot of raw natural talent who knows how to finish! Could be a brilliant signing. He tall and quick and has scored some outstanding goals season! Must be worth a punt! Time N Ire produced another football superstar instead of just Golfers and why not get him on the books at Goodison for all us Blues who travel over regularly!!

Hey, not sure if this will be posted by the ed's, but I think its as good a place as any so here it goes. Does anyone here know if the Mizuno Wave Ignitus 2 boots are any good? I can't buy them in a shop in Ireland, so I might be ordering them from England.
Can anyone tell me what there like?
Thanks {Ed002's Note - More than happy to post it, damned if I know what it is about.}

Believable1 Unbelievable0

It's not the boots lad it's the feet that are in them that counts

Agree1 Disagree0

Very comfy and good looking boots mate.. Engineered to score goals they say..So when you get them on expect a call from DM.

Agree0 Disagree0
