Use our rumours form to send us everton transfer rumours.

Life long blue and sick of havin no cash also but fully fit does anyone think there a better defence or midfield in league ok not good up top but that everton lol {Ed025's Note - even the elite clubs..would want our defense...and our midfield is right up there...we really need at least 1 forward...but mainly....a new board...

Believable2 Unbelievable1

The frustrating thing is we nearly have a squad that could challenge for the european places. We are a winger and a striker short, 20 mill could turn this squad into contenders for european places and domestic cups

The problem is that the gap between us and the likes of Newcastle and Sunderland is narrowing and the gap between us and the top 6 is widening (it used to be the top 4 and then us for a start). We still have a much better squad than either of those two, but the gap was wider a few years ago. {Ed025's Note - i see what you are saying....but we will always be bigger than any north east club..

Hey blues fans, news from
the galaxy camp that donovan is very much interested in a return to merseyside again, much enjoying his last spell here. He's even willing to cut his holidays to make the move. On a bad/good note arteta has been in malaga, my friend lives over there and has spoke to a few behind the scenes and say there has been talks but at this moment in time they can't see it going any further Donovans the only man we need to bring in Everton til I die {Ed025's Note - he would be a great addition.....he was great for us last time....

Believable1 Unbelievable0

Donovan was an instant success and fit so well into our team, i think he would be a great addition and he has always stated he would love to come back to goodison {Ed025's Note - yahooooo...someone has switched the light on....at the end of the tunnel..

Agree1 Disagree0

Donovan would be another goal scoring midfielder to go along with cahill, arteta and coleman. Sharing the goals round will take the pressure off our strikers. I am sure beckford will get 15 next season {Ed025's Note - good shout mate..

Agree3 Disagree1

Would love Donovan. I've been saying for weeks Arteta is going but the ed wont post it

i realize that everton dont have any money or a an amount worth spending but that is largely down to the fact that we have 3/4 members of our board that dont put any cash into the club what so ever why are they there? why are they asking to much per share? why cant they just get out of the club and put some one in charge of selling us this is what gets to me the reds**te come out of every pile of s**t theyre in smelling of roses WHY do we evertonians always have to settle for second best and yet people still want kenwright to stay rant over

a couple of loans and a free will do me i think the yak will be back in form next season i certainly hope so my first season as a season ticket holder COYBs {Ed025's Note - nice rant

Believable3 Unbelievable0

Hopefully if the yak is staying he will get himself fit and raring to go, he was great in the goodison derby last season {Ed025's Note - one swallow...does not a summer make.....not only does he need to get fit....he needs to change his attitude.....

Agree1 Disagree0

Surely yak realises this may be his last chance in the premiership and knuckle down. I remember when he was great for us, was unplayable at his best {Ed025's Note - the problem..is not his ability..but his aptitude....some players are getting paid, more in 1 week,,,,,than most of us do in a year. this leads to complacancy. and lack of motivation.....for me....yak falls into this catagory.

howard
coleman/hibbert/neville, jag/john, distin, bainsy
osman, fellain/rodwell/arteta/cahill, billy
saha, beckford

its not rocket science where we need to work on
and to get money we have to sell one of the CM

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Sell heitinga and billy, not rodwell, fellaini, arteta cahill, baines or jagielka as we need to build our team round these players

Agree1 Disagree0

Heitinga and billy could raise 11 mill, enough for kranjcar or maybe n'zogbia

What I was trying to say is that Everton on a whole are run poorly from the Chairman to the Chief Exec and the way we promote are club on a whole.

BK does not want to relinquish the power he has at Everton, he loves the prestige of being a Chairman.

Whats happening is that lots of older season ticket holders arent renewing there season tickets. All we want is some clarity on why were are not going for players. Are things that bad that we dont have a pot to pee in.

If thats the case then BK should be honest and if he loves the club that much then sell it at a reduced rate. He will still make a handsome profit.

As for Fellani I think hes quality, but remember who pulls the strings. His dad and he has already said to much in the press about his son being ready to play for Chelsea ect.

I personally think we need a quality striker, a winger and cover for Baines. And being contraversial I would get rid of Distin. He makes a mistake like Yobo in every game.

The bset CB are Jag and Jonny H, but I can see a club coming in for him. I cant believe Arsenal who are after a CB havent come in for him. In my opinion he's better then Samba and Cahill.

The Blue Don

Believable4 Unbelievable1

It's not just that we don't spend what the RS do, it's that we don't spend what Sunderland, Newcastle, Bolton, Wolves, Stoke, Fulham, Blackburn ect do either. And our wage bill is less than half of those. {Ed025's Note - i agree mate...but what can we do about it?..we have got to stick it out..until we get investors...that will kick our sorry excuse for a board, into touch..

Agree1 Disagree0

14 Jul 2011 18:18:18
fellain said he will stay with everton for another year because we gave him a chance, but he also said he wants to win trophs and play in the chapions league, so he will go next year because real madrid was interested in him. so sell him for double the price we payed for hum (16m). then i'm shore DM can pick a worls class player cheap becausen he has done it so many times, like rooney, cahill, jags, bainsy, etc

we need to make a stand and get our voices heard, starting tomorow against bury, we need the chants and we need the signs KENRIGHT OUT KENRIGHT OUT we need the media to pick up on this, talksport, radio city, skysports news. i know bill saved our club from peter johnson but that was then and this is now, he has no money and if he cant give us funds tis season then whats gonna happen next season, the market inflates every year so next year we will be even worse off, so come on blues lets all get our very loud voices heard by the press, it could eventually force a sale through. I watch everton but I am a Blackpool fan and Ross Barkley looks like the next Gerrard

Believable1 Unbelievable3

Ross barkley is going to be a star, just another promising youngster at goodison, i have a feeling gueye is going to have a great season as well. {Ed025's Note - both these boys have great potential,...but they will have to grow up quick...to represent us in the EPL..

14 Jul 2011 17:37:48
vellious is a good play i think we should give him a chance, beckford is not a team player so but him right wing, do a swap deal with spurs so rodwell for defoe, huddlestone, hutton and 5m, then vellious and defoe can go up have fellain and huddlestone in centre and arteta swaps with one of them, then hutton on bench

Believable1 Unbelievable5

Velios looks a promising player and there is a very good crop of youngsters coming through to blend well with the experienced players we have

Agree2 Disagree0

Tom huddlestone is sh#t.overrated and too slow. i think beckford will have a good season.done well last season once he found his feet

to the person with 1 good point and how ever many bad points about everton i think you need to realise how much better things are than you think.

good points

1 as you said david moyes
2 top players fellaini, rodwell, cahill, baines, jagielka
3 loyal staff and on the whole players
4 a chairman who wants what is best for the club and is a fan of the club
5 stability top ten finishes every season
6 large fanbase
7 great history
8 top training facilities
9 great youth system

what i am really dissapointed in is the fact that no investors/ buyers can realise these points and always have to look at the bad points such as the stadium like you have

Believable5 Unbelievable0

I agree fella, we have so much to be proud of, we all care about the club and want us to move to the next level, we will never be content with second best.

Agree3 Disagree0

Glad to see someone with sense.sick to the back teeth people slagging off kenwright.he wont give the clubto just anyone. remember portsmouth , leeds, sheff wed, sheff utd west ham, charlton etc etc. i would rather stay with this board thanks

Agree3 Disagree1

Well said, Some of the money players are going for is crazy. Were not the only club not spending at the MO. Will be very very happy with a good cup run and a top 6, not bad for a team in the best league in the world. COYBs {Ed025's Note - thats really cheered me up

Agree2 Disagree0

Spot on mate. That post before was just from a small minded person who is probably young and wants us to sign messi so he can play on fifa with him. Everton are a great club with a lot of potential, the simple fact is we have a stadium thats in the dark ages and as much as we blues love our goodison park, it doesnt stand well in this modern age and puts buyers off Look at the potential though, great manager, great players that WANT to play for the club and a great youth system, with finacial backing we could be up there. Kenwright is holding moyes back. David moyes could off easily won trophy's elsewhere by now, hate to admit it but everton need moyes more than moyes needs everton, if we carry on like this i wouldn't hold a grudge if moyes went. {Ed025's Note - i have been saying this for ages....unless we get investment, from somewhere...anywhere...the messiah...that is david moyes...could walk,,,,,and that could be our biggest nightmare..

Agree3 Disagree0

Its only a matter of time before moyes will want to fulfil his own dreams off being a manager who has won trophy's. Our board are going to lose him unless something is sorted {Ed025's Note - unfortunately....your right

Agree1 Disagree0

14 Jul 2011 16:43:31
sell rodwell and arteta= 30m or 35m
buy defoe or berbatov
get on loan welbeck or sturridge
by huddlestone to replace rodwell or arteta
and then buy a decent right winger because coleman will go rigHT BACK
AND THEN WE STILL HAVE MONEY LEFT SO SORTED

Believable1 Unbelievable5

This is not football manager son Its real world football, its not as easy as that

come on everton start acting like a big club and stop embarrasing us all your acting like tramps get some cash into the team this is doing my head in seeing the red s**te buying players and us cant even buy a bag of sweets come on phillip green ya tight arse gitt get your finger in your wallet and you granchester your an embarrasment to call yourself a blue

Liverpool to finalise £20 million Downing deal and what dominates the news at Everton...."David Moyes receives an honorary fellowship from LJMU". Truly ridiculous However, I still believe in Moyes's ability to get the best out of the current squad to at least challenge for Europe this forthcoming season. However, without new investment in the next few years this will become increasingly difficult especially with the likes of our key players (Cahill, Arteta, Jags etc) getting older.

Keep the faith. COYB

If Landon Donovan really is training with us then i believe that shows he is interested in joining us, but i doubt we could afford him, although if we do make any sales then this could cover his fee. isnt he only 5 or 6 mil? Eric Dier in is intriguing because Moyes must have rated him in 6 months last year so why re-sign him if he isnt going to play? I also heard really strong rumours that Federico Macheda is joining us on loan. Ferguson wants him to get premier league experience, which he wanted last year but Macheda opted for italy over us. If we dont sell and a striker can hit 20+ goals for us, i can see us getting a euro spot at least.

If the post about the ross interview is correct ( and im sure it is ) their seem little point in posting any rumours. Either we go with what we have, sell a major asset, or get in new investment. I have defended Kenright for years, but enought is enought, BILL, IT IS TIME TO GO.

Believable3 Unbelievable0

The fact we have rich board members not willing to put a penny in needs to be mentioned. its a good job moyes is good at working miracles

The good points about Everton

1. David Moyes

The bad points about Everton

1. Were run like a cheap corner shop
2. No investment
3. No buisness acumen
4. No Forsight
5. Poor Merchandising
6. The grand old Lady Goodison Park is looking worse for wear.

What we need is a major shake up in the team. A decision either to build around Fellani or Rodwell. I think one has to go no takers for Rodders but if the big Fella became available you will see big teams come in.
Let Arteta go, let Distin go, and a Jonnny H.
Go for Krancjar can play all along the midfield, Barkley to come in, Baines left wing and Ive heard good reports of Luke Garbutt in his place. Scott Dann in for Distin and Jonny H, Duffy on the bench. I would pay up to 8 Million for either Defoe or Pav even though there close to 30yrs old. Get Eagles cheap opyion ans only 24 on the right wing, with Rodders in the middle.

The Blue Don

Believable3 Unbelievable4

I would rather see rodwell go than fellaini, imo when fallaini was playing last year he was the best in the prem at his role, rodwell, althrough he has a lot of promise hasnt shown as much of it as felli has

Agree2 Disagree0

I would agree with virtually all of that apart from buying Chris Eagles. My Dad is from burnley originally and say that he doesnt track back, gives the ball away a lot and occasionally plays well and scores good goals. Sounds similar to a certain Russian winger that we've got.

Agree2 Disagree1

My mate is a burnley season ticket holder and he doesn't rate eagles even at that level. Steer clear blues. Krancjar would be the signing for me.

massive breaking news
bill kenright has just released statement that all evertons transfer activity will be published in this sundays news of the world

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Have you got a source for this?

Agree0 Disagree0

I don't want Kenwright to spend his own money or the money of his cronies. I simply want him to re-invest a percentage of the £50m prize money and TV revenue from last season back into the playing staff. Even half of that money would be £25m. Is that unreasonable?

Agree2 Disagree0

It is invested in the playing staff its the wages which accounts for 95% of that money cos we have no other revenue str

ed im only 16 put supported everton from a young age as ive been brought up in a blue family and in my opinionwe need another striker like big dunc

Believable3 Unbelievable0

The only problem with a big target man is that there is a temptation to play the long ball. Big dunc was a legend and he fired everyone up in the big matches.I think the player we have at the moment who displays similar passion is tim howard.

Agree3 Disagree0

I agree with the reply on this one, big dunc never scored bags of goals but he gave the team a lift when we needed it like tim howard and tim cahill do today another player who is like this and i think will be our captain some day is coleman

Agree2 Disagree0

Some of big duncs goals will live long in the memory. My personal fave was a goodison derby goal in 97, he has scored so many memorable goals for us.

so the koppites have now signed downing for 20m, thats over 100m they have spent since january and we havent signed ANYBODY, i think i speak for most evertonions when i say that bill kenright has let us down again. i understand if he says the club has no money, but why?, we get money from sky tv (even tho they ever hardly show us)
we get money from the premier league, ticket sales, shirt sponsors and commercial revenue but we never seem to have money to even pay a wage whats goin on.
bill kenright has a personal pocket so if he is as blue as he says then he should fund moyes himself, he know how vital this summer and this season are. koppites, sunderland, newcastle, villa, and spurs will all spend big this summer the push for a place in europe and we will be left with the same squad that struggled for most of last season.
BILL KENRIGHT fund us or let us go now, it will only be a matter of time before the chans and the signs and demonstrations of KENRIGHT OUT, KENRIGHT OUT

Totally agree its a disgrace
