Doesn't Lukaka already play for a big club ie Everton, and hasn't he been told he was signed for mega bucks and is being paid mega bucks to maintain Everton as a top club. Oh, and wasn't he signed from a big club eg Chelsea. ask himself why Chelsea didn't want to keep him. The same goes for his fellow countryman.
He should also ask himself why no other club was prepared to buy him last summer at the price paid, that's because majority of people knew he wasn't worth it apart from Martinez and Kenwright. So Mr Lukaka you need to repay the Everton supporters who have supported you by putting that ball in the net.

To try and motivate Lukaka to make him realise which top club he is at, perhaps someone at the club should put him through the hall of fame to make him aware of the CLASS players who have played the centre forward position. We are perhaps the greatest club in this country for class players in that position. Could start with Dixie Dean onwards. Couldn't Alex Young, Andy Grey, Lineker, Joe Royle etc work on him.

{Ed025's Note - he should not need motivating keenone...the guys a prat..

Sorry Keenone, but Everton are not a top club! I don't care what history says as that's just all it is and has no relevance to players today as most of them grew up with Everton being average. You can have a go at Lakaku for being a big mouth, but you can't blame him for not looking on Everton as a big or a top club, he's 21 Everton have done nothing in his lifetime so how can you blame the lad for thinking how he does

Agree0 Disagree0

Mike your spot on, were not and haven't been since 80s but for someone with his performances to say anything does make you wonder what planet they live on

Agree0 Disagree0

Mike s, Everton should be in the top 6 clubs today every season and by saying that they are a big club in my eyes. Always have been and always will. I also recognise that in Bill Kenwright he is doing what he thinks best for the Club. The money paid for Lukaku (and it's not his fault) you would expect the finished article. He may have potential to be a great player but I would be surprised if he left that the club would recover their investment in this case.
I also feel by spending that amount on one player they have put all their eggs in one basket and it's not working out. Last season he played well but that progress has not continued. He may be only 21, but I remember Joe Royle coming in as a teenager and he soon progressed. We are all frustrated at the moment concerning the clubs performance and it's the clubs future which is at the heart of most if not all posters on here.

If we get stuffed @ young boys on the 19th will anyone bother turning up for the 2nd leg @ Goodison on 26th.
If that happens our season is ova in Feb could get even worse the marmite man could see us do a Wigan & into the championship come May.

H'mmm so if I was in a team, running here and there, covering positions, making fierce tackles and generally living for the love of EFC because wearing the blue is frankly an honour, would I give a monkeys to provide a pass to a player who wants to play for a top club someday? No wonder, we are not playing with great fluency at present. I am staggered. He's got it all except the skill for a top club - let alone us. Too much money and an oversized ego, cow-eyed to the future riches of the GBP10 million game. Sell up, get the young lions in. They would do better.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

The Belgians want out both mirallas & lukaku.Fellaini already history like rats jumping ship.
Lukaku looks disinterested like a few others just going through the motions till end of the season instead of wearing the jersey with pride.
Maybe he should monitor young Harry Kane's progress & take a leaf out of his book puts himself about scores goals 4 fun & is a team player oh very rarely gets caught offside.
Get rid good riddance

Agree0 Disagree0

I submit we play Ferguson with the young lions. Watch them terrorize the other team defense's before rising as the demons they are and score, wheeling and waving their EFC jersey in front of the adoring crowd! Alas, that's all in the past now leaving me to watch the best of antics on other websites but providing me a most excellent form of entertainment.

I can understand the frustrations of all Evertonians reading the gutter press crap that's been written, I'm sure truth be told Lukaku has been misquoted and he actually hasn't said it in the context it's been written, however I do believe he aspires to be at a top 4 club long term.
Also if history repeats itself RM will not be sacked end of season, let's not forget Moyes had a poor second year before eventually stabilising the club, and BK does stick by his managers, sorry about the bad news!

Who does this prima donner think he is. I'm talking about the 28 million pound man who does not know the offside rule. Sick of average players taking the piss, let Rom take Mirralas with him at the end of the season good riddence.

In a way, I kind of hope what Rom has apparently said is true. He doesn't pull his weight on the pitch, but maybe it will shake a few people heads to make them see that we are in a huge predicament.

But then again I really want Martinez out now. Getting kindoff pissed off with his antics. And his favoritism is getting annoying also. Had Besic stayed on for Barry, we wouldn't have conceded that goal, as Besic isn't as dumb as Barry to get sent off.

Martinez is the new Lambert. had a good 1st season, but will now struggle until we get shot. Wish he'd just resign. We need a huge overhaul in players also.

And if we sign Cleverly in the summer I will actually stop watching everton until RM leaves. He's had my full support until last match against Chelsea. And for those saying that we defended well against them, its because we had 9 players behind the ball at all times. We literally parked the bus for the whole match. And even when we did try an counter, our attackers were sussed out by 5 chelsea players.

We are poor, Morale is low, Tactics are crap.

Martinez needs to go end of.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

ALso Chelsea have quality and did not have a lot of their first choice players on the pitch most of the time which in a way devalues Evertons performance.

Agree0 Disagree0

Totally agree? The fact his 1st season was built on foundations already laid in place by Moyes, made it look like he was actually a good fit for the job. The real Martinez has turned up this season and has shown how tactically inept he is. As for belgian Yakubu he wants out well am afraid he will have to stay until we recoup our money back. If it is true I would leave him and the other ego on the bench from now on. What is it with these belgians the only actual talented attack minded belgian is Hazard! These 2 should count there blessings that they are even at a big club tbh both haven't got the graft to be proper Everton players. can't say I would miss either if they went.we need players who play for the shirt ala Mccarthy and Besic and Stones and we need a manager with a spine to get a grip of the prima donnas. Most of all we need a chairman to either come out and back him or sack him, which is hopefully the latter. Anyways rant over I will continue to support my club as I was born into it and Everton are in my heart but I refuse to back this Spanish fraud and refuse to chant his name.

Agree0 Disagree0

The point about our defending is correct. It is easy if that is all we are going to do for 90 mins. It was even worse against Liverpool. 10 men behind the ball at home is ridiculous. 1 shot on target, really! That was one of the most spineless, cowardly, pathetic excuse for a performance that I have seen. We were terrified of them. We no longer even look like scoring. We are one of the most boring, negative teams to watch now.

I would be happy to get rid of Donkey, the problem is we won't get anywhere near what we paid for him. He is a £10 - £15 million player at best.

And as for giving fat arse a 3 year contract, that was another dumb decision.

Bobby Bullsh*t won't resign and Kenwrong hasn't got the bottle to sack him, just like he didn't have the bottle to sack Moyes.

We are Everton

That's what we do

looking back at Last season, it was a mix of Moyses Denfensive tactics, a little bit of flair from RM and a whole lot of luck that took us as high as we got.

We have since crashed back to earth with no direction or clue.

Rom and Mirallas are mercenaries, as are all the Belgian players. As soon as the going gets tough, they jump shIp.

Reckon we cpuld recoup the money for Rom, but to sack RM we would have to pay out 10 million. Which for everton is never going to happen.

Im shocked, and really disappointed. Just want to play football where positions are deserved by form and not favouritism and tactics that give is a strong defense and stronger attack.

SAF once said: A good attack wins you games, but a good defence wins you titles.

So all this nonsense from RM about wanting to "outscore" the opposition is utter triPe. As said, we have been playing so negativly lately. he's a hippocite.

Lukaku say he wants to go to a big club. YOU ARE AT A BIG CLUB, AND NOT DELIVERING ON YOUR BIG PRICE OR YOUR BIG WAGES. So, if your agent, can find you your desiered big club, one willing and able to return our £28m, then there are a number of us quite willing to hold open the exit door for your departure. PS. Does anybody ever think to do a profile into the attitude of big money sighings before we shell out large fees.

Well well well.not really surprised at this mornings - "Lukaku says he wants out of Everton to join a top club".the big ego returns.problem is, who would want to pay 28 million for him!! He's not even worth half that on this seasons performances. it would appear that our so -say top players now have no desire left to play for Everton which in turn will lead to further problems down the line. I'm just wondering really whether the job is too big for Bobby & he's just not strong enough to keep it all together.
