Right, don't know if I'm just totally paranoid against the board now but just had a thought. Ed, do you think it's possible that someone at the club made up and leaked the Stones transfer request so that when the end of the window comes and Stones is still our player, the fans are somewhat content with our lack of signings?
{Ed025's Note - i must admit that that has crossed my mind mac, its not true of course but thats the way this board has got people thinking mate..

Why do we always look for conspiracy theories. Yes some 'underhand' things have taken place but the furtive imaginations of the supporters creates far more.
Yesterday Stones was forced into a TF request so the club looked better when they sold him.
Today they make it up so that we look better NOT selling him.
Time to support the club lads rather than running it down at every opportunity

Planning on coming down from Scotland for a home match next month and just wondering where you guys reckon the best seats in the ground are for atmosphere and pitch view? I was thinking Upper Gladwys? Cheers!

Glads is great to watch from. Before or after game head to Park End try & catch player, get shirt signed or photo opportunity. I'm from Isle of Man myself & that's the info I'd give myself. Have a good game & trip.

upper Gladwys? Not if you're a big fella mate,like myself, youll sruggle even more if you're seated near the back few rows. Its the worse section of the ground imo.

Don't got lower g, worst view at the ground and you have to stand up every 2 mins for people wanting to go to the toilet. Can't go wrong with main stand.

Disappointed that we've not signed any of the big names that have been thrown about recently but, at the same time, I'm not at all disappointed about Sissoko.
To me, this felt like a bit of a panic buy and doesn't seem the attitude of the player has improved from last season either.
Koeman's bought very good players over the course of the summer, now let's see how the team does and then look to strengthen in January, if need be.
