Apparently we are after feynoord striker Nicolai Jorgensen for 18mil ed's any truth or just speculation.
{Ed025's Note - what you have to realize kev is that the club will have a position in mind that they need to fill, they will contact several clubs and ask about availability of players and have a pecking order of who they want and who they can actually get, im not sure about jorgensen but he could certainly be on the list, how high he is on the list would be decided by koeman and walsh mate and im not privvy to that information at this time..

Ssn reporting we have bid in the region of 17mil for Kone of Sunderland. any truth to this eds.
{Ed002's Note - Sunderland's Lamine Kone has been subject to interest from Everon and Leicester but after only moving from Lorient in January a move this summer seems unlikely. West Ham enquired after him last summer and again in January but that interest has likely gone. Sunderland will look to hold on to the player.}

really hoping we have an upturn in news over the next day concerning a striker and left sided defender i have no doubt we are working towards this just after our fantastic summer of business so far this would really be the icing on the cake. any ideas on the left sided defender we are after ed's.

Not to moan but is vlasic one of the 2 signings koeman wanted or is he a brucie bonus. if he is one of the 2 I doubt he is going to hit the ground running and bang in 20 goals and that is something we are missing I would love to see a proven goalscorer bought but see it as highly unlikely as teams won't want to part with 20 goal strikers this late in window.

So here we are again another summer of optimism and all us hopeful blues filled with a confidence that sends shudders down the spine of other football fans the will they won't they sign merry go round that is Everton F. C. I am more hopeful than the next in every transfer window and I must say that while January was great in bringing in Mo it still was a slight disappointment we did not strengthen further information am just hoping Lukaku as much as I like him finally f@#! s off and takes his circus with him and hopefully we can find a suitable replacement I mean someone who wants to be at the club and help us move forward and also if barkley was such a avid blue he would of signed the contract without a thought if he goes to which I think he will I would love to see us buy a player like Otavio from porto can score and great playmaker ability. but only time will tell.
