Would love to us sign young Kluivert from ajax he looks a an absolute superstar and already doing it in the 1st team. my wishlist would be hart/ pickford, Keane, tah, robertson (hull) , tiellemens, ghezzal, Kluivert, lacazette. Young and experienced mixed with lacazette statement.

Wouldn't like to see your Christmas list jbailey. Need a big clear out for that lot, not to mention the transfer and agent fees and wages on top.

Totally ridiculous wishlist. Pickford flatters to deceive, lacazette will be an expensive flop for someone, maybe us but unlikely we would risk not just the fee but such a high percentage of our wage bill on him really don't think we would be in for him. Tah would be an interesting gamble, shame Moyes didn't rate Mustafi.

The way Keane got turned by Lukaku (I know Rom is good) was so schoolboy I now have big questions marks over him. The emergence of Calvin Lewis, Lookman, the return to form of Mirallas and the undecided future of Delboy means the inside forward/ wings are not a desperate area, if we are buying let's go big, Ghezzal is about West Ham standard.

I would spend our entire budget on Tiellmans but so would a lot of super clubs, think Madrid, Bayern, United etc. not seen enough of Kluivert but I do hear he is very exciting. I know it's just in a dream case scenario but I can't see any of those happening apart from Keane but I would not be jumping for joy about him to be honest.

Lacazette won't flop, however he also won't be coming to Goodison this summer in my opinion. Pickford is meh, don't think he is the answer for now. I would much prefer Begovic or, if we're pushing the boat out, Butland. Robertson wouldn't be a bad shout, but will cost too much unless Hull go down. Keane has room to improve and HAS to be better than Mori.

After getting rid of stones and jagielka seemingly struggling alot. I think we should definatly go for the lad from burnley (keane) young english and quality possible future captain imo. also would love us to make a statement by going for lacazette (goals guarenteed) . goalkeeper wise i'd like leno or celta vigo young talent blanco veiga looks quality. Bit contreversial but i would love rooney back. times change blues come on.

I'd be astounded if Burnley let Keane leave during the January transfer window.
In the Summer, it might be a different story if they get a huge offer and the player expresses a wish to leave.

However, If we haven't qualified for Europe, then we'll do well to get him - or other top players - ahead of those clubs that have qualified (especially those in the Champions League) .

In reality, we surely need to prove ourselves as genuine contenders, pay what selling clubs want in exorbitant transfer fees, and offer inflated wages in order to attract the better-quality players.

For someone like Rooney, I imagine that his sentiment for Everton would only go so far in enticing him to return.
Still, the club should be positive and ambitious - and we the fans should be patient if we don't get everything we want straight away.

The FFP rules will only allow us to spend what we make from footballing activities. So we need to be careful where we spend it. That is why we got such ridiculous figures in recent sales on the likes of Stones. Bright young stars are now attracting all the top clubs and inflating their value. I have no idea what sort of fee Keane would demand, but it would be most of our budget I would think. Like Cowpat says, Burnley are unlikely to sell unless for a very very high fee so we are probably too late to get him. We need to be more savvy and do like we did when we got Stones. ie look for the bright young stars before they have developed to international level. We did it lots under Moyes time whether people liked him or not. We bought young players in and developed the, then sold them for high fees. We will probably do the same with Lukaku. However, Lukaku is the only one I can see happening since Martinez. This was my moan about him. and links in with the Kone/ Anichebe debate. I understand that we have some good young kids like Holgate and Davies coming through and they may become excellent players. but Martinez also brought in too many older ones: Alcaraz, Kone, Eto'o at a time when our squaad was ageing anyway. The kids he brought in have not improved in the same way as ones we had in the previous years. Hopefully we will now get some of these kids in the 1st team and moving on to international standard. We will get good fee for Lukaku if his attitude does not prohibit his development. At least that seems to have improved of late. I suspect there will be lots of coming and going in the next 3 or 4 transfer windows and there will be lots of youth.

In my opinion to be competing for top4 I believe we need hart/ butland, keane/ van dijk and another defensive player, sigurdson/ klaasen, and would love Willian aswell. I would also personally like dolberg with us signing defoe aswell with even more firepower.

He's one of my favourite prem players atm think he has desire passion and most of all talent. Would also love us to sign jermaine defoe. free to leave and will score no matter what guarantees you 15goals at least maybe more in our ever growing talented squad. Also he would help the younger ones emensely.
