Everton have said this is not the case and talks are still ongoing. The Original "it's done" statement has come from Koeman's agent who I suspect will claim to have been misquoted again.

I agree with degsy the only reason we wasnt in a bad relagation scrap last year is because every1 else was so bad below us, look at the points tally, and don't forget 3 of those points we got after he left. If the relagated teams wernt so bad last year with the added pressure of bein right in amongst it things could of turned out worse ya never too good to go down once your in the scrap eg. Leeds, newcastle to name 2.

As much as i agree that he's not the quality we should be looking at he strikes me as a koeman player. At Southampton he had a mix between workhorse attacking players and attacking players who completely disregard def duties, which we have an abundance of.
