Good for you gtl. Total respect each to their own though. The thought of him with Everton badge on his chest on the touchline is not for me.

Cheers Ed if true I'm done. I am a blue always will be. If you cut me ill bleed blue. I've really enjoys reading the comments on here over the years. Also the eds comments which have been very knowledgeable. If your right about his appointment I will be gutted. It will be cheers and good bye from me.

Good, post ed. I've been through all the managers mentioned. Stood in boys pen watching Pickering, Young, etc. Goodison and Everton will always be in my blood. I was willing to give him a chance when he got the England job because he appeared to want it so bad. Then his greed raised its ugly head. let's see who they appoint.

I'm with you skylark. Never liked the arrogant tosser. I can't be a hypocrite and start cheering him.66yrs and I am done. Won't even watch them on the television. Golf and rugby for me.
{Ed025's Note - i think we all know my position on allardyce dylan, i cant stand the guy and think he is totally wrong for the club, my problem is though that im a an evertonian first and foremost and whatever comes or goes i cannot stop supporting my club, am i happy hes coming?..absolutely not, will i be chanting his name if he does well?...no way, he epitomizes everything i despise about football and presume and hope this is a temporary measure to stabilize the club then make way for a proper coach and decent person to come in next summer,but if he gets the gig for an extended period then i may have to rethink my options mate..
