Looks like we have Lennon.
If we could afford it, would anyone else go in for Capoue?

Anyone has got to be an improvement over Barry this season. I'd take Charlton Palmer coming out of retirement over Barry TBH!

{Ed025's Note - lets not go too far lee.. :)

Not a priority I don't think! I reckon if Martinez sorts his head out, that McCarthy and Besic can do a job

Odds on Villas Boas slashed.
Mentioned him last week.

I agree, always have odds tumbling first for Van Gal, then Moyes, now Vila’s Boas, notice how Silva odds have nor drifted, think it is nailed on Silva.

{Ed025's Note - me too big nev..

Not posted for a while, but myself like all blues will be intrigued to see who will be our next manager.
I've been checking the odds and one name which is 25-1 at present and hasn't been mentioned as yet is Andre Villas Boas.
I like his style, good win %, only 41, prem experience.
I'm not sure about the other names being banded about, but as with everything some won't agree and some might.
Just hope we make the right appointment.

Isn't the guy an absolute fruit loop though?
Could we handle that after just getting rid of a nutcase.

14 points and 4 places better off than last year. Although no trophy it's an improvement.
Can't wait to see what's going to unfold now before we start next season but I'm sure there will be plenty of ups and downs transfer wise.
Lastly I know he was linked when the clown was here, but I think Bernard would be a good signing.
Although slight of build a bit like to Juninho, I think his forward play could help create chances.

Agree about Bernard. Bit like Coutinho, Oscar and of course Juninho. Always a risk bringing in from another country but would add creativity behind our striker.

2.) 22 May 2017 15:30:06
Martinez may be a clown, but the players have done the same last 7 games this season, downed tools and holiday mode, it is only our home form that has made us stand out, from 8th place down all have shocking win rates, some of the players need to have a good look at themselves instead of using Martinez, Ronnie and Bill Kenwright as the scapegoats. They are professional footballers and too, any are simply not putting a shift in.

3.) 22 May 2017 15:59:09
Agreed Baz but what I can't believe is how long some players are taking to differ their play under a new manager.
If that was me, you'd want to be seen to be putting a shift in to impress.

Not a rumour but just wondered. If we move to a new stadium, what other Evertonians would like/ or think the new stadium should be called?
I guess it depends on the area it's built.

Depends on who pays the most for the naming rights I guess.

2.) 20 Oct 2016 15:27:12
Think you are right as money talks. Would like stands to be named after club legend though, even if some were combined eg Holy Trinity End.
Will we even be consulted?

Arsenal may be looking to sell Ospina.
Anyone think we should put an offer in?
Happy new year Blues.

I'd take Fellaini back. I'm sure he could still do a good for us alongside Mccarthy.

If the worst comes to the worst and results don't improve, I would love big Joe back.
Didn't take him long to steady the ship and win a trophy.
