Probably if Silva does go the ill advised Moshiri will get it wrong again but at least there is a chance he might get the right man though slim sadly.

With the negativity on here no wonder Goodison is toxic at times.
We are quite aware that we have struggled this season but does anyone actually bother considering that;
We lost Gana and his replacement has not yet been fully fit
We lost Zouma and didn’t replace him - that was not down to Silva
Gomes has missed half our games
We brought in a forward who in reality may be our future but is not quite our present. Again not Marcos fault.
Add to that the fact that with injuries and the previous make up of the squad he has not been able to field his preferred formation at any time.
Silva was the choice of many. It was roundly accepted when he came in that due to the cock ups previously there was a massive change needed with the squad. But after just 12 months with a greatly reduced squad in terms of numbers and some increase in quality, we are looking to change again.
Who would come?
How long would they get before the whining started?
The style of football has improved greatly from Koeman and Fat SAM.
Let’s give Marco a chance to get his own squad and team together.

We haven’t got 1 Striker good enough to play never mind 2!
The players need to step up for me especially in final 3rd as we are creating chances 10+ shots today NO GOALS.

We have to understand that we have an extremely poor midfield. You can almost guarantee that any game that Schneiderlin plays in is pretty much going to be a loss. He is awful!
January transfer window will be a little bit busier after that game.

I don’t know why I am shocked. Been the match and thought we didn’t play too bad in the first half but that 2nd half performance was woeful. I cannot think of a worse performance against LFC (in context of the team we played) than today. Not one shot on target in the second half, Full Stop.

All credit to Ferguson, the team got five points from three games against three of the top six teams. If we had gotten five points from every three games this season we would have 30 points and sit forth. The one big thing we have done wrong this season is not firing Silva sooner.

Yes Mike, this team is hardly the best in the world, however DF somehow got their adrenalin going and gained precious points for us.
Silva thankfully is gone, so let's feel more optimistic as this new chapter unfolds mate.

Way better than Silva DC, his drawback is as ED says he wouldn't stay. Have to say though that Benitez it still is for me, considering the amount of time and money wasted we need to be spot on this time and Benitez ticks the boxes pay his release clause.

Does anyone know why we r looking at kovac. What's he achieved I've looked at his stats and it doesn't really fill me with confidence.
I know very little of him tho to be fair can any of the eds give us any heads up about him.

I've just seen moor passion from big dunc in the first sis mins on the touch line than I did from silva in 93 games.
I'd lovhim to do really well an get a crack at the job I can't think of anyone more deserving of the job he's blue through and through and he's loyal.
