Hi eds do any of you know if we still have any intrest in Jordan amvai from Aston Villa thanks.

Eddy

{Ed002's Note - I am not aware of Everon making any approach.}

16 Jun 2017 18:37:19
Hi have any of the eds heard what's going on with Ross our ambitions must of made him think why would I want to be anywhere else at this moment in time. He could be the captain for years. I think his agent has fd him over and wanted. Nice big pay out but no one really has pushed for him and it's left the poor lad in limbo l I can't see him settling down in London doesn't seem to have the mentality he would be stupid to move and being offered so much money. IT will be a sad day when he goes but good luck to the kid always welcome back.

Eddy

{Ed002's Note - I still expect him to leave.}

1.) 16 Jun 2017 18:56:27
Cheers ed.

2.) 16 Jun 2017 19:11:05
Eddy, whilst i agree with you that his Agent will have been advising him wrongly. To say "poor lad" i don't agree with.

He is a 23 year old bloke, not a child. He can make his own mind up and decide what is best for himself.

Hes supposedly an Everton fan, so imo and if i were in his shoes, i wouldn't think twice, i'd sign the contract whatever it was.

If he doesn't want to play for this club, then quite frankly . p*** off somewhere else. Whilst its nice to have blues in the team, i would much rather have players who have passion and desire to win things and wear the shirt with pride, like the lad we have just signed.

Even Pickford has that aura about him.

Koeman an co have a vision and they have my full backing.

3.) 16 Jun 2017 19:32:00
I just hope Ross and Rom have a look at the people we're starting to bring in, then go back to there agent and say they want to stay, only for Everton to say sorry we don't need you and it's all down to your agents.

{Ed002's Note - It is truly embarrassing to read these posts of Everton supporters turning on the players. Last year the supporters turned on the owners. That was embarrassing and has led to constrained communication now.}

4.) 16 Jun 2017 19:36:58
I agree with it's the you Eddy in the sense that his agent is probably at the root of it all and has truly m'ed him over, but as JMW says, he's not a kid anymore and should never have treated the club he couldn't have become a legend At in the way he has. If he comes oh the and apologises, everyone will forgive him, just whether he is smart enough too.

{Ed002's Note - Why to such an embarrassing set of supporters. You are turning yourselves in to a joke.}

5.) 16 Jun 2017 19:50:24
Ed002 - what are you on about turning on the players?

I have supported Ross from the first day he put on the shirt. I still think he is a quality player and will become even better. I want him to stay.

What i'm saying is, if he doesn't want to stay then go and save all this carry on and drama.

Where in that, do you get "turning on the players". I won't turn on any player who plays for this club. Equally, i won't cry over anyone who doesn't want to be part of any longer.

Your embarrassing, in that you misconstrue peoples posts on here, more often than not.

{Ed002's Note - The fans are making a complete embarressment of themselves JMW. They will again become a complete laughing stock - like they did when they turned on the owners last year.}

6.) 16 Jun 2017 19:54:39
Chaps, I think Ross's agent may be in his ear. However, I'm guessing it's a conflict of personalities with koeman. he's an abrupt straight talking guy. so you can either take it on the chin or can't. Koeman said some stuff about Ross last season that was spot on but lacked a little
in how it was delivered. a little too public, and clearly Ross did not like it. Ultimately if Ross has a strained relationship with koeman then it's no good him being there. for him, the club or the manager. and no amount of dosh will resolve that. If he's going then send him on his way without spite. he ain't doing it to spite fans. he just does not like rk. in my opinion.

7.) 16 Jun 2017 20:43:21
At the end of the day it's a job and we all go to work for money so if you get offered more money for the same job we would all do the same it's all about money whatever walk of life your in money is the boss. He doesn't agree with koeman has treated him and wants to go. He's been used as pawn by koeman and to some it's got him plaudits and to others it's a disgrace and football is a game of opinions and decisions and that's why we are all addicted and love it.

8.) 16 Jun 2017 21:31:48
We've had 4 goods years from lukaku and if he leaves it will be for a huge profit. No one truly knows why Barkley hasn't signed a contract, so he shouldn't be slated for not doing so. I would love both to stay, but if they do leave I hope they both go on to have long and successful careers. No point in hating former players just because they leave.

9.) 16 Jun 2017 23:36:54
I don't see how people are turning on the players. No one is demonstrating outside the park or waving banners 'Ross out' They are just saying he's made his bed now lay in it. I for one totally agree. £100,000 a week and he refuses it. So go find a club that will pay you more, and let's be fair here. If he did sign it. He'd just be bench warming. So time to go. Just to clarify though as I have said many a times over many seasons. I never really rated Barkley any way. I can see he can kick a ball and had a lot of potential. But he is the most frustrating player ever to watch. So either he's peaked or he chooses not to learn. A slightly better than average player, when he wants to play.

10.) 16 Jun 2017 19:56:25
Ed, whatever your opinion is, generalizing us all based on a few posts is a bit uncalled for? Ross still has my support, ill be made up if he stays. If he goes I'm not going to suddenly hate him. Nice to know we are all embarrassing jokes though. I understand it gets frustrating doing what you do but still. I appreciate the information you pass on but I don't particularly like being branded a joke based on what done one else says.

{Ed002's Note - It is not a few posts, it is a great deal of embarrassing posts - the same as last year when the owners and the board were abused.}

11.) 16 Jun 2017 19:57:38
Imo "some" fans have been disgraceful in the way they have treated Ross and i suspect they have been a major factor, in why he may not want to stay.

But to tar every Everton fan with the same brush, is wrong.

You get pockets of, imo "bellends", in every club, which ever club you support will be no different.

All i was stating was, if you don't want to play for Everton, then move on. Simple as that.

{Ed002's Note - The supporters of certain clubs are far, far worse. The reason for the lack of communication with the board rests directly in the hands of the idiots who abused them last year - and that was most on this site.}

12.) 16 Jun 2017 20:32:36
It's not the fans turning on the players is it, it's the players who said they want to go, not the fans don't want them.

{Ed002's Note - Read the posts - the supporters have been embarrassing themselves.}

13.) 17 Jun 2017 00:33:52
Ed if you wouldn't mind being more specific when you mean abusing the board. Are referring to last years summer transfer deadline day. Where people were kicking off. Or is it anything bad spoken about Bill.

{Ed002's Note - There was very significant abuse of the board and owners last summer. I dealt with it all then.}

14.) 16 Jun 2017 21:31:48

Hi ed002 what strikers do we hold interest in at this moment in time?

Eddy

{Ed002's Note - Sandro Ramirez, Duvan Zapata and possibly Carlos Bacca. Ilija Nestorovski has been looked at but shoud be no better than a Plan C or D for Everton.}

1.) 15 Jun 2017 19:10:07
Ed, do you know if the niang rumours are true? Seen some articles saying we have agreed a fee.

{Ed002's Note - I am not aware of any fee being agreed Cropper.}

2.) 15 Jun 2017 20:00:32
Cheers ed what's zapata like never really heard of him? Would these be replacements for lukaku or to beef the squad up?

{Ed002's Note - Replacement. I suggest you find some videos.}

3.) 15 Jun 2017 20:42:54
Thanks ed this looks like it going to be a more peaceful window for all the eds on from us lot of moaning fkrs.

27 May 2017 21:26:54
Hi ed any info on any strikers we are pursuing thanks in advance.

Eddy

{Ed025's Note - not yet im afraid eddy, most players and agents are away on holiday at the moment and although we have inquired about players things will not start to move for a couple of weeks mate, i dont think deals will be done quickly because all the top players will be keeping their options open for the best deal because of the amount of money prem clubs have to spend though..

1.) 28 May 2017 12:36:39
At the moment it appears Moshri is not yet pulling all the strings. The height of our current ambition is to sell Barkley to West Ham yep that's right West Ham.

2.) 28 May 2017 14:10:37
If Barkley wants to go to West Ham let him, why does it matter who we sell him to? . I do think we should be going in for iheanacho though and West Ham look to have made moves over the last few days.

21 May 2017 19:48:11
Hi ed I Remember last season we was interested in inaki Williams and they reportedly wanted €50mil plus so we still hold intrest in him or did that go with Martinez thanks keep up the good work.

Eddy

{Ed002's Note - Athletic Bilbao are aware of interst in Iñaki Williams following an approach by Galatasaray and scouts from Manchester City, Napoli, Juventus, Valencia, Liverpool, Dortmund, Arsenal and Everton attending matches to watch him this season. They have made it clear that they do not wish to sell and have extended his contract - but they expect a bids from Napoli and (only if they cannot obtain another target) Manchester City in the summer. Interest of Dortmund and Juventus has moved on to other targets.}

1.) 21 May 2017 20:21:54
Cheers ed looks a decent player with the thing everyoneone wants speed. Good luck to all the eds till September 1st 😂😂 going to be a busy time on this page big big summer for us and the club need to get it right and sell the "project" to the players here and the ones incoming.

{Ed002's Note - Thanks Eddy.}

Hi ed002 have we actually entered talk with dolbergs or moussa dembeles club or Just let there reps know we are interested. Thanks.

Eddy

{Ed002's Note - I am not doing any blow-by-blow updates Eddy.}

1.) 21 Jun 2017 22:19:58
Ok ed not a problem.

21 Jun 2017 17:09:07
The 3 strikers linked most the past couple of weeks
Are kasper dolberg
Moussa dembele
Sandro Ramirez

Sandro is no risk at all because of his price
But the other two are getting fees of £25mil plus and are still very young and not developed yet. I hope if we sign any of these players they are allowed the time to play develop and settle in the side they are only young boys and don't want us to sign them and not use them because they have had time to adapt they have to learn on the job. I also hope lookman gets some playing time he took a big risk joining us and he's looks like he could be a great player I don't want us to sign players that will stop his development just to please the fans crying out for us to spend big then moan we don't give youth a chance.

Eddy

1.) 21 Jun 2017 18:33:11
Sorry eddy but it sounds a bit sentimental with Lookman. The decision to come and I'd imagine enjoy a hike in salary was entirely his. If he gets chances then he must take them. If he doesn't take them then someone else will. But I just want us to win every game and therefore want the best players at the club and the best 11 of those to start.

2.) 21 Jun 2017 20:32:03
I would think with a good run in the 3 cups we are in then he will get at least 15 games which is all he would expect at that age, unless of course he makes it impossible for RK to drop him once he gets in. That is what we want from these kind of players.

3.) 22 Jun 2017 06:56:58
Lookmam was promised to the u20s and his prem playing time in the last month was apparently down to this. We basically said to the FA we will give you lookman fresh and raring to go if you leave Davies alone.
Not sure how true this is but it was stated on 5 live several times that the Everton 5 who went to the u20s basically were under the control of the FA about a month before the season finished. Lookman will get a lot more playing time next season.

16 Jun 2017 00:32:17
Got to give it to the board they are doing extremely well. Every one of us are perplexed I am scared not to check my phone now invade we've signed another player and smashed our transfer record.

Eddy

05 Jun 2017 18:54:53
I think if we get a offer of £65mil plus lukaku is gone and think we need at least two to replace his goals:

Batshayui
Traore-Chelsea
Tammy Abraham
Ihenacho
Dolberg
Martial
Rashford loan in deal
Rooney
Inaki Williams
Willian Jose
Patrick Roberts
Dembele Celtic
Perez arsenal
Balotelli
Defoe
Dost
Jansen-spurs
These are all the strikers we've been linked with and if koeman and Walsh picks them I'll be happy

Which two would you like ed?

Thanks.

Eddy

{Ed025's Note - dembele and batshayui for me eddy..

1.) 05 Jun 2017 19:13:21
Yeah batshayui could be in the deal for rom and probably get dembele for under £35mil would take a put on ihenancho for 20 though. Better than kone.

{Ed025's Note - a plate of nacho,s would be better than kone eddy.. :)

2.) 05 Jun 2017 19:35:27
Haha we have a massive summer ahead we need quality and a fair few squad players to replace the departing ones. And you have a very busy 4 months ed. just hope we don't panic buy and throw stupid money at players who won't work hard for the club. I really do hope we get Pickford though.

{Ed025's Note - im not a picford fan eddy but i agree with the rest mate..

3.) 05 Jun 2017 19:47:39
Who would you like ed? Hard to get a decent keeper these day. Every Everton should know at this moment in time we are a steeping stone for the top young talent wanting to improve and also showcase themselves on the biggest stage. Athletico Madrid have had this model for a while now and have started to keep the talent because over the years it has enabled them to sell high buy cheap and rise the wages so hopefully we will up there in a few years.

{Ed025's Note - butland would be good eddy..

4.) 05 Jun 2017 20:28:57
defoe, batshayui, Nathan Redmond, butland, cresswell, and a couple of unearthed gems from mr walsh.

{Ed025's Note - i dont know about defoe jcl but the rest would do fine mate..

5.) 05 Jun 2017 20:37:27
In his younger days defoes character was an issue for me, but impressed by what he's done since coming back to UK. I just think having him as a second striker would add quality that we currently lack. Kobe was a good professional, but not capable enough. being able to bring defoe off bench would be a good option for me. although would be interested to see what happens with tarashaj, Calvert lewindoski. and del-boy if he comes back.

6.) 05 Jun 2017 21:37:44
If I thought we could get Rashford then wouldn't worry to much about the rest, but do think him and Vardy would work well. Just a pity about Vardy's age.

{Ed025's Note - i like rashford woburn..

7.) 05 Jun 2017 22:10:54
Personally I'd take martial and iheanacho out of the two strikers mentioned, I think if martial is used up top he would be a goal machine don't like him out wider. Iheanacho looks a quality player for city although I'd look decent up top for city with de bruyne etc behind me.

29 May 2017 10:47:44
Ed with ederson going to city does that make it easier for us to sign Pickford now with the no1 spot open?

Eddy

{Ed001's Note - how is this relevant in any way to Pickford and Everton? Man City had no interest in Pickford.}

1.) 29 May 2017 13:02:23
Just with him being linked with them ed.

{Ed002's Note - Pickford doesn't play for Manchester City Eddy. Do you mean Hart?}

2.) 29 May 2017 13:40:54
No just seen Pickford linked with city and pondering a bid. Thanks for the reply eds.

{Ed002's Note - Ederson was always their primary target.}

Batshayui and ihenacho I'd like but West Ham look favourites for inenacho! They seem keen on this William Jose fella never seen him play or even heard of him before ed002 told us. I would also try to get Nathan ake our zouma from. Chelsea I just hope we get the replacements in on the 1st of July to get decent time together before the europa and so we've got a striker in to play.
