Good to see some positive posts here :) . Glad for you fellas to get that result.

You have Crystal Palace (A) next, I think if you play like your lot did in the second half today against Palace for the full game you'll destroy them.

Today more importantly for Everton in my opinion would of been the boost of confidence, Palace are sitting on bottom of the table, though no game is easy, you will do them I think which could potentially put you up to the 11th position mark. Not all doom and gloom, you had a terrible start but going on that second half things may finally be going your way? - I hope so.

Good luck Everton.

Cheers Corleone. Unsy is one of us, sure enough. The Cold hearted me says though he should either be a good assistant (get a bit more nounce) or go back to the U23's (done and does a brilliant job) but be able to be listened to. Steve Walsh returned back to his Scouting role and a good DoF brought in. As mentioned earlier it is Dyche or Fonseca for me. Dyche is a known quantity and at present an upgrade in the Moyes mold.

What we need BigDunc is a manager who can get us playing for 2 halves of football, then we will shoot up that league. The rest is there to be worked with. Niasse could just be the No 9 we need until January, the lad has 4 in 4 in the league and that is not to be sniffed at however unorthodox he is.
Things looking a bit better now so let's get a top manager.

3.) 06 Nov 2017 08:48:36
who you want as your next manager defines your ambition and intention. we have to go for big names in world football to attract the best players dyche would be a good choice only if our ambition is to make the top ten or up to sixth beyond that dyche would not be able to attract the best players that you would need for a top sixth finish. same with unsy he would never be able to attract the kind of players we need to hit the heights at the top of the prem. sad but true we desperately need a squad overhaul with several of our first team squad being told your just not good enough to play. i don't see either dyche or unsy as a saviour of efc. rather more as dyche has done at burnley he would consolidate us as a prem side. beyond that like at burnley he would only be able to achieve so much, with other teams having much better players. no matter if we get dyche or not he is not the man to win us the title in the near future nor is he going to win it at burnley. so ask yourself why would we want him? its a panic button switch. we need a manager who is potentially capable of attracting big players who can get us where we need to be i don't know who that is i just know who it shouldn't be dyche or unsy.
and don't say well the reds appointed backroom people and won things cause when that worked for them they're club was high profile poss one of the best 3 teams in europe and that is what attracts good players and efc is a mile off from that. so we would be relying on unsy's or dyche's profile to get them players in.

You fellas are in a right mess, I hope you know me by now to know I'm not coming here to rub it in. In fact it's the opposite, I want to see you lads doing well, it's not right Everton doing as bad as this.

Big question is how can it be fixed? a new manager? I don't think so. I really don't. You don't have the players to score goals and that's the sad truth, your defence is a shambles as well, infact the whole team is, the whole club is at the moment.

I have seen some positive posts, I must say, if I was an Everton fan I'd be negative to the maximum because it's worrying times for you. It's alright been supportive, but there's a limit.

I have said it before and I will say it again, I seriously doubt you fellas will get relegated. Having said that, should you carry on like you are, you will be relegated and now it has me thinking, you think of the top teams in the championship, they are playing better then Everton, that is fact, you go down it's not guaranteed you'll come back up, something needs changing immediately because on your form you wouldn't get into the top 7 in the Championship.

I'm asking as an outsider, what needs changing? I don't follow Everton as much as I do Liverpool obviously but to me your in a sticky rut finding it incredibly difficult to get out of and upto now it seems like an impossible task.

Again I'm not coming here to be daft, I sincerely hope you start getting the results you need, never mind rivalries, your club doesn't belong in the Championship, surely.

I really thought you fellas would win that one, what is going on Ed025 mate, that should've been a win. I hate to sound negative but I really don't see how things are going to turn around for your lot at this moment in time, I sincerely hope they do, rivals or not I don't want you to go down.

{Ed025's Note - but we are playing like a relegation side corleone, its really hard to watch mate..

Yes you are, they make it difficult to watch mate, I expected a lot better since RK got the tin tack, shame, something magical needs to happen or it's just going to get worse.

Lyon next and to be honest going on today's performance I think we all know where that's going, then Watford who haven't been too bad. Very dangerous times for Everton as the moment mate. Do you think you need to bring in an experience manager or would you give him more time?

If I was an Everton fan I'd give him a few more games personally but I understand why people wouldn't want to, it's easy to say not been a fan and all.

I didn't watch the game lastnight but saw highlights and Williams well, what the hell is up with him? he made himself look like a complete and utter fool. if when Suarez was at Liverpool and he did that, he'd of had a 10 game ban (rightly so) , he needs his head sorting out acting like that, disgusting behaviour especially when children are watching on, it's not fair these players are meant to be role models, people fans look upto, people fans admire if you like, he had no reason to act like he did.

Maybe its easier for me to say because I'm not a fan but I disagree with the first post. If your a proper fan you'll support them through anything.

I agree should he be appointed it's terrible for your club it's going backwards if that is the case and I understand the frustration but you are after all a fan? just because thing's are looking pretty terrible it doesn't mean you suddenly stop been a fan? I don't understand that to be honest.

I do sympathise with you as Everton fans at this moment in time because what's going on is just one thing after another and it's dragging your club through dirt.

Point is no matter what happens at a club, if your a TRUE fan your a fan, you support them no matter what. There's tons of stuff over the years I haven't been happy with at Liverpool but never have I once even thought of not supporting them anymore or the sport because of it, sometimes you just have to get on with it however difficult it is.

Please understand I'm not having a dig or anything I'm just saying I thought it's a bit harsh that's all.
