I personally don't want Ancelotti at all. Sure he's a big name but for some reason I don't think he's the right fit for us.

I just hope we make the right decision as it's do or die this time I feel.

Me personally with what's out there I would probably go for Moyes and Ferguson.

I've seen a lot of people heavily against Moyes but it's fact that he gave us are most successful time in recent years.

As things stand what I wouldn't give to be steady and finishing 6-8 every season.

For me it would at the very least provide us with stability and give us a platform to build on.

We finished around 5th-7th consistently under Moyes. His last season we finished 5th if I remember correctly. Martinez took over and inherited Moyes’s team and we finished 5th.

Since then we’ve been no where near consistent top 6 finishes.

As I said I would take that again no problem.

I certainly don’t want the Fat Spanish waiter. Can’t believe people want him?

I honestly believe that it doesn't matter who comes in as manager, a large portion of our fan base will slare the many regardless. We could call a press conference tomorrow to announce Pep but some of you would rather get moyes back in, it would be comical if it wasn't so don't depressing.
If ancelotti isn't a good fit, please tell me who is? And forget DM, the man is where he deserves to be, in the football wilderness and as far away from us as is possible.

people not getting that the football we played under moyes is similar to the football say burnley play now? back then when we'd finish 6th 5th etc we didn't have to compete with city spurs (at full throttle) leicester wolves we'd be mid table at best. football changes boys.

Us supporters are as divided as the board by who we want. Sure we did ok with moyes, maybe Ancelotti will achieve that next step. Sure as hell won't with likes of moyes, howe, dyche, board are gunning for a big name who will attract players, at this moment in time we would be lucky to land him.

Dunc09 money and the reputaion of clubs to further maximis career progression attracts players not a big name managers how many of the top teams have a really low wage structure and a manager that keeps them sweet because of his big name?

There's a reason Moyes has been available for last 12 months. Nobody wanted him so why should we.

Hes won nothing? I count 19 trophies in England, France, Germany, Spain and Italy. Named best coach in world twice. Must be worth the gamble - can't keep employing managers who cv was relegation. We have employed young managers and look where we are.
