Watched the U23 tonight win the cup and do the double. Could only see two out the side who might kick on in the future to first team. Feeney and Bowler.
Feeney a natural defender and leader. Bowler very classy well balanced player. The get you on the edge of your seat type.
Tonight is about the team though. Well done to all, first to do League and Cup double. 👏👏👏👏.

Never got there tonight, Woburn, but that Bowler is going to be some player I think. Feeney needs to beef up a bit but could turn into a class player, Gibson is the only other one that is ready for first team exposure. I'd promote Bowler and loan out the other two to see how they get on away from reserve team football. Congratulations to all involved with the U23's, tremendous season for them all.

Astley hasn't put a foot wrong whenever I have seen him an I may be wrong but am sure he's only 16/ 17 he's gunna one to watch also Anthony Gordon I think he could make it and lastly Nathan broardhead looks good every time I seen him play.

Bowler looks like he may be a good option to replace Wallcot in the near future. May be a great foil of the bench if Ricky is continued on the right. To me he looks like a better long term option than Lookman playing RM. Will be interesting to see what happens in preseason with some of the current U23 squad as a whole.
