The game yesterday was excellent and it looked like the team have clicked and are now starting to understand the managers instructions from the back to the front. Consistency is key and we need to continue playing the way we can until the end of the season and see were we can finish. I feel it is then important for us to do all we can to sign Zouma and Gomes to have a settled side that have played together.

Considering the upturn in form. Is it now more important to sign Gomes and Zouma. Or give Lookman game time?

{Ed002's Note - Everton has asked a third party to make an approach to Chelsea about Zouma, and that may well be Tuesday when the person he needs to speak to will be back in the UK. I am not sure if the player will be open to a permanent move to Everton.}

Thanks Ed. Considering the Chelsea predicament and Zoumas chances of playing next season how do you predict Zouma future playing out?
Do you think his chances of being an Everton player next season are High?

{Ed002's Note - I am not sure what predicament you are referring to and I have no way to quantify the chances that he will be an Everton player, but the club are looking to see if something can be done. There would likely also be interest from elsewhere.}

There will definitely be some top teams in the mix for Zouma, and if Chelsea are to sell we need to sell him the project and convince him we are moving in the right direction.

I meant, would Chelseas ban affect Zouma moving. And considering your closeness to Chelsea do you see Zouma being an Everton player next season all things considered.

{Ed002's Note - If Helena Roget a van it is very likely that it won’t impact Zouma as if he were to return it would only be to replace Cahill who is not playing. Unless something unexpected were to happen and he could go back with a good chance of regular game time, then that could change but. It seems unlikely. Everton’s chances are good but he would want guarantees and after splurging significant money onMina that may not be easy; and there is already another side who may lose a player they would like to keep that have spoken with Chelsea about his possible availability.}

Is it a foreign side Ed002 that have enquired? It is a predicament we are in that is not to dissimilar to when we had Lukaku on loan, he had a good season, other teams were interested but he bought into the project then that was sold to him which never materialized. Zouma has been with us now since August and trains with us daily so only he knows if what he is seeing daily is going to be a success with the right additions. Mina is a tricky one because we haven't seen him have a run in the side to judge him, but what we have seen is worrying as he maybe needs time to adapt to the challenge of the English game.

{Ed002's Note - Yes, it is a foreign side. Everton were had over, scalped, with Mina.}

I would really love to sign Zouma have admired him for the last three seasons. He and Keane work well together and given time should get stronger together. Also with Mina seemingly injury prone we do need him, prefer that to getting a new CB.

{Ed025's Note - hes been great for us DC and keeping him should be one of our main aims imo mate..
