Hey ed 025 this match on Tuesday against Cardiff could be a defining moment in Marco's reign as Everton manager, anything less than a win could be his downfall, if we only draw or heaven for bid we loose I reckon that will be the final straw for Mr Moshiri especially with Liverpool coming up next Sunday, it is absolutely vital we get all three points from the Cardiff game, what's your view mate cheers.

{Ed025's Note - cardiff are doing very nicely GB and my guess would that it will be a draw, on form i cant see us winning it to be honest mate but i live in hope, i dont think the result will be pivotal to whether marco stays or goes but if we get a whooping in the derby then that may well change..

Why are people so keen to get rid of a manager after 5 minutes? If Silva is sacked before the end of the season then it will happen again and again and again. If FM sacks managers after 5 minutes then I hope he fecks off to another club and ruins them. What we need now is patience and allow Brands and Silva to create their own identity by getting the players they want. Whether or not that be by bringing on the youngsters and some new players or totally new players is to be seen, but they need time.

They certainly do Nick mate, but this is a results Business and I just can't see us getting the nessesary points we need, i would like to see Marco given time but I think the knives will be out, time will tell mate.

Well if FM wants to listen to those who throw the knives he will get nowhere GB. He needs to listen to Brands, otherwise why make him a director? I know it is hard at the present time GB but it hurts to see our club in turmoil and the laughing stock of the EPL.

I totally agree with you Nick, we need stability in the club, just let them do their job, he definitely needs time, I have trust in Silva, Brands and Moshiri we need to get off their backs.

Agree. He needs time. Will he get it?
Who knows but I do think Moshiri is looking at things a bit differently now.

I expect that he will stay for now before Moshiri makes another bad appointment I fear. If you keep appointing failures with short term track records failure is guerenteed followed by getting another manager.

Don't agree at all dc If Marco does go and it's a big if, Mr Moshiri will not make the same mistake again he will have someone with a proven track record lined up, of that I have no doubt, I would still like Marco to have a fair crack of the whip and be given a chance to have his own players brought in.

My question is. Who with a winning track record is going to come to us?
Some of these posters on here think we can just cherry pick from the best managers in the world.
Well you need to wake up to reality.
Can anyone give me a top name manager who we could realistically get?
One that you could guarantee could bring us success, given a bit of money.
