If we sack Silva, could we not get arteta as manager with Cahill and dunc as assistants?
Arteta got tactical knowledge working with pep and Tim and dunc will show passion and fight.

I know Silva is not doing well but getting in Arteta (who has never actually managed a team) along with Cahill (also no management experience) and Dunc (part of the backroom staff of 3/ 4 previous failed managers) is not going to solve problems. It’s the same thing Monaco tried to do by bringing in Henry because he “got the club”. Look how well that worked out for them.

IF silva is sacked and it is a big if I would still love Marcel gallardo from river plate I no he has no Premier league experience but he has a great knowledge of South American football which I think would work great with brands he also has a winning mentality and you can't say he couldn't cope with the pressure at Everton haha imagine a aging river plate in finals against boca now that's pressure, he is a born winner.

Good shout johny. Could try bielsa from Leeds. Done a good job there and someone we have looked at before apparently. I don't think Silva will be sacked and we need to give managers time but something got to give. Also dunc has been consistently there through last few managers. Is he one of the problems? I just don't know the solution.

I like the idea of Arteta and yes a bit of a gamble as any appointment is. Moshiri gambled when he appointed a man who has a record with all teams of letting in goals from free kicks and after a good start doing badly with every club. Now that was a 100/ 1 gamble on this guy Silva ever succeeding I reckon.
