Honestly I really think we had no intention of bringing new signings in within this window. So frustrating.

I get that it’s only January window and things don’t happen as much as the main one but am sure am not the only one who thinks we need a target man up front who can bag some goals.

{Ed025's Note - if one had been available and he was the right guy at a reasonable price then im sure we would have Aj, but it looks like that was not the case and the last thing we need at this time is more stop gap average players on extortionate wages bleeding the club dry, im not that disappointed to be honest mate..

Agree with Ed. Rather not buy anyone if they would only be a short term solution to the summer. Our season is basically over and we’re stuck in mid table so rather spend sometime trimming the squad of average/ poor fringe players.

I didn’t think the first post had been sent so my apologies for double posting. I do feel we need a front man but I do agree with what’s been said. At the moment we have what we need to get a mid table finish, I am not criticising what we have but since Rom went we haven’t had a guaranteed main finisher. I do think we need someone of that stature.

Nobody would disagree that we need more firepower. But if it wasn’t available then where do you suggest we get these players from. If it was as simple as you say then there would be no need for a DoF.
