Sack the manager! Really? All managers need time . I never thought David Moyes was a particularly good manager, but when you look back at his record with us he did a truly remarkable job with no money . Why? Time, he was given time . Silva should now be given time too . Look at the gems he has brought in in the summer . Gomes in my opinion is unlikely to sign permanently as he will have so many offers to choose from . Digne is that good I wouldn't be surprised if the really big boys came in for him . That's a compliment to the management team for unearthing those two in particular. Mina and Bernard haven't hit the same heights yet but I have no doubt they will . A few more windows with quality acquisitions will not only see us climb the table playing in the traditional 'school of science ' way . Time . Give him time and support.

It’s time for patience I understand we all get frustrated and it doesn’t help with our neighbors having all the luck.
It’s a massive task our management team have on their hands and have only scratched the surface.
We still have 9 players on loan who are surplus to requirements and need to offload. Bolasie, Ramirez, Martina, Besic, Pennington, Tarashaj, Williams, Mirallas and Garbutt.

We have at least another 6 players to release in my opinion in Jagielka, Tosun, Schneiderlin, Niasse, Stekenlenburg and Browning
It is going to take 2/ 3 yrs before we revamp the squad what we want. Hopefully all going well we will have a team to match our new stadium.
