With Miralles, Rooney, and others leaving, the men coming in. What is the net saving in terms of wages if there is?

{Ed002's Note - Not a subject for discussion.}

I think from previous conversations on here the Ed’s don’t want to talk finances, which I understand.

I do however know from what they have previously said, we are still paying wages from staff that are no longer employed by Everton. We will continue to pay these until the end of their contract I’m assuming.

I managers and staff even going back to Martinez era. As well as players such as Rooney.

We landed ourselves in this position so only have ourselves to blame.

I should think in 2-3 seasons, everything will be cleared up though.

{Ed002's Note - Everton are paying just about all of Koeman's wages.}

Yeah I saw that in a few rags.

Can’t hate the guy for it though! If he’s promised and contracted to £120,000 a week for 5 years, we release him from his duties, he will still have a lifestyle that he needs to pay for and commitments on certain things.

We shouldn’t have ever doubled/ trebled his wages that he was on at Southampton to get him in.

I was not aware it was taboo. Only wanted to know if progress has been made.

Do some Google searching and you can figure it out. Zero point asking questions anymore. Either they know what we do, nothing. Or they shut down and get slightly irritated (unfairly) at some having the audacity to ask a question on a rumour site.

The banter is all that's left.

Koeman only signed on a 3 year I think so will have a years wages to pay.
Follow the Esk on the site with the bird, that should give you a good insight into finances.

{Ed001's Note - forget that, the only person with any insight into football finances on social media is Swiss Ramble.}
