I think not getting rid of Sneid is a big mistake. I think getting rid of Vlasic would be a mistake, on a permenant basis at least.

My take on it is, if we can get Schneiderlin performing well like we know he can (and who is a good player on his day) then I'd say keep him. If we get last seasons performances bar a few games from him then I can see the fans getting disgruntled with him early on and calling for him to ply his trade elsewhere.

I don't think he fits Silvas brief even when performing. We need someone who is all action, box to box. Schneids is great at picking a pass and breaking up play but he is too defensive to play with Gana. If push comes to shove I'd have to pick Gana 1st.

Smit for once I am 100% in agreement with you mate. Gana is great at breking things up but not so good going forward. But still better than Schneids based on last seasons performances.
