Article in the S*n (yes I know) says the dressing room is split and Rooney's possible departure and talk of Tom Davies wanting to leave is all down to Niasse and his bad influence. Apparently senior players have tried to quell the unrest but Niasse has been involved in a number of bust ups and the dressing room is a bad place. I am not saying any of this is true, but I am saying that we need a strong new manager in who will take control and sort things. We are a club with problems and all the optimism by some about a new manager needs to be put to one side. We need to get behind whoever comes in and hope and pray that things are sorted quickly. Other wise next season could be as bad as this. and worst!

IF it is true, looks like Koeman was right by the treatment he gave Niasse. That kind of thing can have a detrimental effect on the whole squad.

most of the problems come from the poor displays of the first team players and the other players wondering why they are getting no game time. new manager needs to be strong or not ignorant to prove the fans are wrong. new season new manager clear the dead wood new players coybs.

I'm not sure any of it is true I read a bit on talk sport and the quotes come from a friend of toms and a friend of Wayne's which to me is just pure lazy jouralisim and to show how easy it is I phoned the daily mirror way back in 1998 pretentending to work high up at Anfield and told them Owen was off to Italy for 18 million and guess what there it was back page the next day ha ha when they play together everyone seems over the moon when niasse scores so again my take is it's all bull.

Honestly guys. This is clearly a load of hyped up nonsense. Even if there is an issue, threatening the club with transfer requests is a ridiculous notion.

This is written by a prized plum with no understanding what so ever if the dressing room culture.

Seriously, this story would have been chucked out by the writers of Brookside for crying out loud.

I would rather believe that Santa Claus is the new manager with the tooth fairy as his number 2 and the easter bunny will be the star striker before I would believe anything that is written in that so called paper.

It only confirms the type of character Niasse is. Remember he was arrested for beating up his girlfriend when he first came to us and the club had to release a no tolerance statement because of it.

If, and it's a massive IF, either of these 2 were stirring the proverbial the senior pros would have put them in their place. Or Dunc would have. If you want to believe in made-up stories I highly reccomend authors such as JK Rowling or Beatrix Potter.
