Surely whoever comes in, they have treasure the importence of our younger players. In particular lookman who has not been handled well at all. Surely Lookmam has to play next season, surely. The difficult decision is what players to loan.

Lookman is a must keep. Be gutted if we let him go in any capacity.

Let's get a little bit realistic.
Lookman is a keeper and should be 100% back in the squad for pre season and should play wide left. A couple of seasons out there and he can slowly learn his trade. He is miles ahead of anything we've got.

Sorry but some people are under the impression that because Koeman and Allardyce didn't select, they are somehow unproven? I'd bail out Sandro asap. I'd bail out Vlasic asap. Sorry but both are not good enough.

Davies is on course. Young players always inconsistent for a few years. He has had a tricky 2nd season but I think he's been given the bad side of Goodison this year. He's been booed and jeered. Massively unfair.
He will come good again. He didn't really play as badly as some suggested. Banigemme is also doing very well.

Keane looks to have had support from Jags in the last couple of months and just shows how important a senior pro is to guide the new young players. He was unfairly thrown in and Williams has been a disaster frankly. He should be sacked for gross misconduct. It should have been Williams and Jags sharing the mentor duties but they were both struggling with their own game and fitness to offer that vital support.

I hate Sam and I thought Unsworth was a terrible appointment. Made by the romantic notion of him being one of us. Same with Rooney. He needs to go. I'd welcome him staying on as a coach- ambassador to the youth set up but let's be honest, he's not going to do that whilst he still hopes to play. Too much sentiment at the minute. It's blurred our lines and coloured our judgment.

I hope FM swings his axe a few more times. It's about time he forced himself on the club. He's been patient with the old guard but it's his ball and he should be a lot more the alpha boss. Get Bill gone. I love the man but he looks gravely ill and frankly is fussing about when he should just take his cheque and jog on. Await a stand in the new stadium to be named the Kenwright end.

It's time we stopped being the big joke of EPL. Too many sentimental decisions and we need to hit a ruthless efficiency to really move forward.

id keep vlasic and give him a go in his AM role he plays, people forgetting the only positives from koemans time here this season looked like vlasic who started very well and understandably his confidence took a hit after being bombed out the squad as soon as koeman got bailed, keep him until jan, if he's not kicked on loan him.
