My own take on Silva is if we give him backing and time ( fans and owner) then he may feel loved enough to stay and build a dynasty.

Not sure why I got thumbs down but we need a manager who will stay for a long time and build an identity and a set style of play from the youth team's to the first team. That way players can be brought in due to injuries and suspension and know how to play the system. Similar to what Wenger did at arsenal or klippety klopp over the park. Whether it be Silva or a n other. We need a long term plan not short term solution like Sam.

as I was once told ignore the thumbs down buddy as it seems some people just like to do it on every comment it would be interesting if you could see who gives the thumbs down as I'm guessing it could be the same person.
