Should be interesting the meeting tonight taking place in London with Sam and Moshi, should have a clearer indication of where we stand next season in regards to management.

The first piece of the jigsaw for me in regards to the team itself, is starting at the back and especially the left back spot.

For me Kieran Tierney should be the top of our list of signings, no more gambles, go for quality over quantity, even if it means bringing only three or 4 in, we need to get those quality signings in.

Been all over the local news Monday saying Sam has been called to a meeting in Londay on Thursday evening with Moshi, I would have thought it would have taken place after the match, but for whatever reason, it was pencilled in Monday afternoon for Thursday.

I hope SA pays his own rail fare lol. I don't care where the meeting is as long as the outcome is a handshake and envelope :-)

Disagree about Tierney, how can you call someone who is playing in that league quality? the only test they get is in the Champions league and they were poor!

hopefully BIGSAM will go to West Brom and we can get in Pardew/ warnock/ o'neill/ phil brown/ tony pulis because this is what we'll end up with.

does anybody know how much money Mosheri has actually put into the club? The figure we have totally spent is approx £200mill BUT we have sold Lukaku Stones Cleverly Duelofeu for 160-170mill plus a couple of extra little sales!

is he fleecing us?

{Ed025's Note - i would say not SDS, besides the buys wages have taken a significant hike and debts paid, a lot has been invested in the youth and training set up,s as well mate...its not cheap running a football club..

Not to mention pay offs for brown shoes and koeman, probably paid Southampton a fee for him as well, money seems to be Been spent but we aren't necessarily using it wisely.

Allardyce is in London to discuss how much transfer money he has to spend. Moshiri is there to suggest which club it will be with.

FM hasn't put his own money to specifically buy players. EFC was saddled with long term debt and various charges against the stadium, income from TV money etc that was limiting ability to grow. FM's money has injected capital to remove all this debt and provide the club with working capital. It is the club that buys and pays for players out of its own resources in the main. The money spent on the squad would not have been possible without all the money put in by FM to clear the debt. It's not in the accounts as a loan either, so there is no expectation that the money put in, need ever be repaid. People who question FM's commitment need to pull their heads out the sand. Te guy stepped up to the plate and put his own finance in to the club without further need for borrowing or more debt.

I agree completely FM has moved us so far forward off the field. It's underestimated how important this is. The rest will follow eventually but I don't doubt his intentions so far. It's just going to take time.
