If we get a new manager it seems most fans want someone with prem experience. Well our las 3 all had it and look where we are. Ferguson, Morino, Pep, Wenger, Conte, Benitez and Klopp all had zero prem experince and dome never even played top level football. What they all had is winning experience which is what we nerd to make as the top of the list when looking for our next man.

Please tell me which of those managers would choose Everton!
If we can pick from any manager and they would come, of course it makes no difference, but who are we going to go for, yes a young manager with limited experience abroad who will have to come over and try to do his best not knowing anything, adapt to living here, language, speed of the prem, it's all to much of a risk.

Dyche is the commonsense approach but Mr Moshri is determined it would seem to bring in a 'Name'. Hopefully the rumours of change at boardroom level will be the catalyst needed for a proper new broom sweep.
