Just a thought on Premier League experience. Martinez, Koeman and SA all had Premier League experience and it never really did us any good. Whereas Morinho, Guardiola, Klopp and Konte seem to have done alright without having any when they came from other leagues.

Miss the point of Prem Experience we need, winning eperience. Those you mentioned only experienced lower Prem Experience.
