Are Moshiri, Kenwright, Walsh and Allardyce working on the same strategy for player recruitment and development AND on the footballing style (identity) required at Everton?

I don't know what's actually happening behind the scenes, but the leadership (if there is any! ) at the club seems to be split into factions and, as a result, there is a lack of clarity and direction.

Seems to me that all the recent problems have come from when we appointed Walsh. Not saying he is to blame for everything, but the people within the club (not even necessarily the fans) need to know what there roles are and are they all capable if working in tandem.
We have been crying out for investment for at least the last 30 years, and now we have it, it appears our club has something rotting inside of it. Sad times unfortunately.

Who takes over Stig? And what do they need to do?

Get I another DOF? Put more money? Keep hiring and firing until we finally get a manager 100% of the fans want?

Not having a go but what word an alternative look like?
