Look we have to look at this as a balls up by the board giving Koeman all that money without questioning his No10 fixation, and believing all the hype that followed.
This season has gone and what we need now is to ensure we stay in the Prem. Enter Sam.
I believe we now have two options for the future. See how Sam goes and if he is a success then we have something to build on. Or pay him off and have someone else lined up prior to the season starting.
Either way we have to stay in this league, and that is all that matters right now.
