Ed002 are you saying moshiri is the main reason that the club seems to be in the mess it is right now because things things look like they have gone worse since he came in and he looked like he was going to be our saviour I for one was glad when he came in but things don't look right at the moment.

{Ed002's Note - The board needs to take decent advice - at the moment it is an unprofessional shambles.}

Could not agree more absolute shambles our board, Moshi has the money but not the right people around him, we need a clear out at the top, then with the right people in place, we should ten be able to take small steps forward.

Skylark, where have you been. In my opinion Ed002 is being quite restrained from his usual self and must be getting exasperated with the same question over and over again from people (myself included) . We (I assume the majority) have no idea what goes on at boardroom level, so our frustrations show. It is a total shambles at the moment, is there a power struggle? I doubt it as the 49.9 to be opposed would require 50.1 to be together and I think there is about 3 percent vote shares missing since the 1940's, so Moshri is the virtual all Birds in hand. Quite why Everton Football Club habitually hesitate or procrastinate over appointments and recruitment is way above my pay grade so for now I shall continue to voice/ type ineffectual get it off my chest moans and whinges, on the understanding I intend no insult or abuse.

Business consultancy is the way to go, but firms in particular Football Club's awash with literally millions, seem to deem themselves differently from other day to day businesses and ergo do not require consultancy. In other words sometimes Bosses have to recognise it is time for them to take a backseat in order to listen to the very advice Ed002 is alluding to.

Advice from who, Ed002? How would something like that work as opposed to decisions being made internally from the Club?

{Ed002's Note - there are plenty of advisors and in some cases agents who broker such deals. Other clubs use third parties to advise owners, some have directors of Football knowledgable of all aspects of the game. Few have businessmen using the lucky dip approach that Everton has.}
