It's a hard question isn't it Who should be are next manager? : when I said I never wanted Ronald koeman in the first place all I got from most on here was who do you want instead and stop being so negative . well now the question is being asked again but this time it's me asking who you would like to take over? Not easy is it . but now it seams a lot want him out as well like I said months and months ago but not heard one decent name put forward yet.

{Ed025's Note - dyche?

Everton have only had success in my lifetime and I first went early sixties, with managers who had playing careers with us.

Congratulations Skylark. Made up you're right. Good on you for wanting our manager to fail. How dare others look to back the board, players and manager. We should all jamg our heads in shame.

Bad SUPPORTERS! Strange word that to some.

You need to think about a manager that has done well with limited options up front but who can build a good enough team spirit to still gets results. For me that's Howe or Dyche, but not sure how they'd handle big transfer budgets.

For the next couple of weeks, at least, there will be no change so maybe RK will manage to get things back on track. Stranger things have happened in football.

{Ed025's Note - they have potato..

While he's there Koeman. I want him to succeed. I want him to win every game and the players to get on board with it. Not for him but for Everton Football Club.

I think that's the problem with us fans. A bad start and we are looking to the next one we can bring in and judge after a few games or like you already have a preconception and once things go wrong jump on it and look for applause because you all told us so.

You are like many fans at the game I suppose and I'm not judging you but you've given up. I said the other day he could win 10 on the spin but you've made your mind up he needs to go.

Moyes was too negative and played for a draw before a win, Martinez got the players passing sideways and didn't berate the players in public, Koeman berates the players in public and has no tactical sense, Kenwright treats the club like it's his toy, Moshiri is a fake and should spend 500 bagillion on Messi and Ronaldo.

I'll jump on board though with your question.

Ancelotti until we lose at Arsenal because didn't change our fortunes around against the big teams, after that Moyes because we know him but after drawing our next 9 games I want him gone then Kenwright because it must be his fault and I'll tell him by putting a plane above the ground, finally we get Davey Unsworth who's one of our own, until that is, he has been found out after losing a couple of games in his fledgling managerial career where he is learning his trade.

If any of this happens I'll make sure I come back and tell you all I said it first.

I'm not attacking you here Skylark I'm attacking all of us. We're all the same. I think we've lost the art of being Evertonian. Maybe we're now spoilt with the injection of money and our expectations are blown out of proportion. I don't know. Everton though doesn't feel like Everton any more. Most if the time on here or at the game everyone sounds angry and unhappy even when we were in full flow last season there was no difference.

So finally I give up and done. Respect you all but I need a break. ED's i love ya and I'll be back in happier times but for now take care of yourselves. Some of you on here I hope you find peace or valium. The rest it's been a pleasure and I'll see you soon maybe.

For me "bartender! Beer please! "

{Ed025's Note - sorry your taking a break john but i understand why, thanks for your contributions mate and hope to see you soon..

BlueJohnUns, if you must go the fair enough. But rather you didn’t. Not because your always right or even always wrong, but because this site is about opinions and I just like reading them all. I enjoyed yours because they’re always fair.

I understand the frustration and get the need for a break. But think about your contribution and it’s value before you call it a day.

Skylarks post is not one I agree with but others will and he’s got valid points too even if they aren’t shared by all.

The Koeman debate will rage on until his team either clicks or something else happens. But we all have a part to play, some negative and probably justified whilst others positive and hopelessly optimistic. I’m the latter and even if I’m the only one left I’ll still keep on. But a bit of company wouldn’t go amiss.

I'd stick with RK like most clubs you go through bad patches and good patches RK has not had long enough to sort out the team yet. Last season we had a bad run 5 points in 7 games November to December yet he still took us to a very comfortable 7th. Unfortunately the 7 points from 7 games has come at the beginning of the season, if by Xmas he hasn't been able to turn the team round then you could argue that he has to go but after 7 games its just ridiculous considering the teams we have played so far. Do we really want to turn into a Crystal Palace, Southampton or Watford changing managers every time we hist a blip?
