I am a big advocate for Unsworth but here is one from the left side - Moyes - some would say we have moved on but have we - we had one great year under martinez and 2 average - Koeman has produced nothing. I would say we are actually worse now then we were under Moyes - we took Rooney back why not Moyes

Moyes would for starters steady the defence which is leaking - had a decent enough record with us in Europe plus he never had the money to progress the team in the league but we still managed decent league positions.

to big a job for moyes mate we need to move forward not look to the past i personally don't think we should have signed rooney now and as for moyes think he would struggle with todays everton especially in transfer markets he couldn't cope with united, think his level is a newcastle brighton etc.

No way Pedro, never forgive him for the way he left us, sneakily running down contract.

Have you ever heard the expression 'Never go back' it didn't work for the great man HK, its not working for Rooney and it most definitely won't work for Moyes, his ship has sailed and he is not the manager he was six years ago.

As has already been pointed out, never go back. Not only did he treat the club with disdain when he left, he proved at Sunderland that he can't cut it at this level any longer. We should be looking, when the time comes to replace RK, for a manager who can take us to the next level and DM is not the right candidate.
Bit unfair to dismiss RK's first season, we only have to look at RM's last season with us to see that we did improve, the final league standings prove as much.

Imagine his 1st signings of Gibson and Oviedo.

NOOOOOO! THAT CAN'T HAPPEN.
