Here is a truth. I am an old man now and even in my prime would say an average player. Never the less I played combined services Hong Kong and in Cýprus limassol (as it was then) . Currently on hols to see that we only drew with a side I as a crap player played for is quite frankly appalling. This is Koemans side / squad. He has to go.

{Ed033's Note - It would obviously help if Everton could attract and sign a world class striker in January.

Ed033 who is going to set up our world class striker n January, this team is lacking confidence and speed, even Messi would struggle with our managers tactics.

{Ed033's Note - i didn't say it would be easy. Why would a world class striker want to come to Everton?

Got to admit I did like Koeman and would love him to turn it around but personally I think he is on the edge of losing the dressing room, there is only one outcome then.

I think he has two more matches to save his job as we are not the Everton of old who will keep the manager as we cannot afford to sack him, Mr Moshiri is here now and as a self made billionaire he will not take fools lightly, we saw how quickly he wielded the axe with Robert Martinez

Regarding strikers for us in Jan, i'm at a loss who i'd want, no top striker will come to us at the minute, Carroll, Benteke not for me, I can't even think of anyone, its impossible replacing Rom as he was top drawers as we are all seeing now, hopefully we have someone lined up.

Not sure Moshiri will sack RK let's face it he appointed him in the first place so he would be basically admitting that he made a mistake in hiring him. He wasn't conned or courted by RK he went after him. So I think RK will get a fair amount of time to turn things around a lot longer than some others hope/ think. The sacking of RM was completely different Moshiri didn't appoint him so had no loyalty what so ever to keep him. As for throwing money away I think he is a little bit more savvy than that.

I'm sure Moshiri will have hired people in the past for his businesses that didn't perform as he'd hoped, who he subsequently had to sack.

I believe that Moshiri wants success at Everton so for him the present situation is not acceptible. I am sure that he is looking at alternatives as we speak but will want to give Koeman a little more time, but not much. If a world class candidate is available and would agree to come to Everton I believe time is running out for Koeman.
