What do people think we should do to change our performance for Sunday we don't have many options lukaku may have a field day.

Play 5-4-1 move Holgate over to CB bring in Kenny at RB play 1 holding mid Gueye one creative mid Klassen or Gylfi, Davies on the right and tell him to protect Kenny and Mirralas on the left with Baines DCL as a lone striker till he is knackered. Then stay solid and counter attack.

{Ed025's Note - i like that back line sa..

Actually turn up would be a start. Personally I would go with a straight forward 4-4-2 with a defence of Holgate, Jags, Keane and Baines, midfield 4, Lookman, Gana, Davies, Vlasic with the front 2 being Sigs playing just behind Mirrallas.
We need to have some width and pace going forward, its clear we have been far too narrow so far and to easy to beat, young midfield may play with pride, something that we have been lacking lately.

Width and balance there. Totally lacking lately. Just binned all the blues from FF team after last night. Knee jerk.

{Ed025's Note - sensible i would say tedster..

sa90. said exactly that for ages but a back 3 of Holgate, Kean and Jags, Kenny and Bains wing backs. Gueye as protection, a 3 not including Rooney or Schneiderlin, probably Klaasen or Siguurdson in the middle with a choice of mirralas, davis, lookman, vlasic for the flanks, then DCL up front. The thing is, I don't think Koeman would drop Rooney or Schneiderlin as long as he has the proverbial in his rear end, plus despite what he says about blame, having bought them he will continue trying to get multiple No 10's into round holes.

{Ed025's Note - he will have to do something dunc because his job is on the line if he doesn,t mate..

Normally you do not earn your corn (in Moshris case billions) by being soft. Hopefully Koeman has already received the bottom line.

My team for the next game:
Pickford
Kenny Keane Williams Baines
Gana Davies
Lookman Sigurdsson Mirallas
Rooney

Pickford-obvious
Kenny-a natural right back, worth a go
Keane- obvious
Williams- Jags will be knackered, Williams has a point to prove, and he is more physical that Holgate to cope with Lukaku
Baines-our only left back
Gana- full of energy and great at breaking up play
Davies- again full of energy, gives 100%, is good defensively but knows how to move the ball forward if we get a breakaway
Lookman- quick, playing well for the u23s, actually a winger
Sigurdsson- needs to be our main no.10
Mirallas- loves the big games, a better option on the wing than Lennon or Vlasic
Rooney- got subbed so should be a little fresher than others, should be well up for this game.

I think we need a bit of width back in the team, and to stop playing 4 no.10s. Schneiderlin has been horrific this season and needs to be benched. Niasse should also get on the bench as he's worked hard.

Although I'm aware we are playing Man Utd, I think that if we go there with the same kind of teams we fielded against Spurs and Atalanta, we will get battered again. We can't be much worse than we have been in the last couple of games.

Pickford
Martina Jags Williams Keane Baines
Gueye Schneiderlin Klaassen
Sigurdsson
Rooney

Facepalm.

Think you are spot on there Blue Tommy be hard pushed to bat that predicted line up, I reckon the likes of Lookman, Kenny, Niasse will be thrown in against Sunderland next week.
