I never wanted martinez as manager, and for all his time here, I was never shy in expressing that opinion, but, dispite being as unhappy as anyone, about yesterdays perfomance, I think that we have appointed the right manager and that he will get it right.
However, there is one thing that must happen to give him a real chance, Bill Kenwright must step down from his hands on roll, who we have signed, have not signed, and when, has bills finger prints all over it, BILL, for the sake of the club you claim to love, it's time to step aside.

So you don't think Koeman had any part in transfer activity this summer? Are you saying Koeman wanted different players at different times and Kenwright overruled him? Or just that players like Giroud or Costa would have come to Everton if Bill hadn't been involved? Is there any evidence for that?

Same old blame game. is this bill kenwright, who brought moshiri in, who until end of transfer window closed had all Everton's touting him as the saviour of Everton. Amazing. does anyone remember agent Johnson, and transfer windows waiting for loan deals in dying minutes. a couple of games in and some have the nooses tied. the clue is in the name. 'supporter'

Sorry Bluey but I agree with JCW. I have said it for the last few seasons now (and got castigated for it) . Just look at all the dithering and delays over signings in the past and then this past window a huge floury initially but then no real idea for or a replacement ready once Lukaku went. Eccleston and Bill are either too cautious or/ and not realistic in their transfer offers and dealings, compared to the successful clubs.
