Hi, anyone with and info about a striker incoming tonight, starting to get nervous. Lukaku money and a 60m overdraft and we're away into the season with Calvert lewin and Sandro as our strikers. Someone please give me some kind of hope.

{Ed025's Note - we will be ok you know newall, we may not get our marquee striker but we still have a great deal to look forward to this season mate..

Fully agree NBTB. In my 39 years I've never known us bring in this many players in a transfer window. If we get a striker then great, if we don't, we have sandro and dcl who play up top. Personally I think this could be a very good season for dcl. already playing well.

I think a good cup run and 7th will be best we can do. Top 6 is unrealistic without an experienced forward.

A good foundation for next season though when hopefully we'll get that elusive striker.

We have had a fantastic transfer window BUT I feel that although we have added a lot of quality, we have failed with respect to strengthening the CF position. I appreciate we bought Wayne and Sandro, but given how rk likes to play a lone striker. I was hoping that a giroud-esq target man would be brought in to lead the line. with Dom as cover.
