I agree i don't think rooney is not the player we need but him alone is name the player he is an uster be wil attract players i think that's why we r un for him plus is experiance and not a bad sub to bring on when holdin a lead :/.

{Ed025's Note - hes been a very good player for a long time callum, but now he is past his best and will be blocking a squad place for me, he says he loves the club so we should ask him to sign and play for nothing to prove it and see how that works, he has had his time and been very sucessful so put your feet up wazza and retire gracefully, well thats my view mate..

I can understand were your coming from but when we have the likes on kone an naisee bk froma loan i'd take rooney back in a heart beat as a squad player its better than what we have plus is playing time will finish with us an get him involved in the coaching an so on Be great for the club don't forget the shirt sales ;)

I can see the point he would be filling a squad space and he isn't long term however I do think a run in the team and the wealth of experience for Europe and we could all be singing his name with tears of joy!
