Be the day I come on here and see no moaning, and I don't understand what age has to do with anything at this stage of the season when buying players, yes we would all love to buy players in there prime, but who really sells there best players in January, no one, if a player is 33 but can help us threw the next period then why not,

I agree with that jlmcr5. I'm well below average on keenness to sign players. But as you say if they improve the squad and even better the first 11 then, why not?

It's not so much that he is 33 but the fact that we already have quite a few over 30's already in that department. We also have some promising younger players in the cb position so I'd rather give them a proper run out than spend 'x' amount of millions on a player we may only get a couple of seasons out of, at most.
