Really pleased with the win, but I was more pleased the way the crowd acknowledged Ross when he was taken off. You could see he was standing 10 foot tall and soaking it in. It can only give him more confidence. It also helped that Davies was with him. Would have liked to see Holgate and I'm sure he will get his opportunities. Young Calvert Lewin looked very lively until injured. So the future is bright if we Everton so called supporters, support and not bag or boo the young lads.
